Eddie, I'm just a newbie. Given that fact, I don't know squat, but I do have decent taste buds :). I have some HHV Legend that I really like and some French Pipe from ECJ my current ADV. I bought 120 ml of the FP on sale a few weeks ago just taking a chance , that worked out great. The FP has a surprisingly similar flavor to Legend, but smoother with less TH. Do you do a Legend clone? Thanks.

Sorry I've never tried it. I've seen quite a few people that like it too.

I'm stuck on this bobas right now. It's my newest OCD target....:D

No kidding! My Dad passed at 88 and he chewed Redman til the last. We even put a pack in his suit pocket :)

I think TA varies on the tobacco used but, yeah my first thought on the one I got. Was my chew of choice while playing ball in college.

Will dilute it later. Would it be considered one of the tobaccos or just to enhance the tobacco? I know it's not standalone.

Did you try Bobas Bounty yet? IMO BB doesn't compare to HHV on any of their tobacco flavors that I've tried. But I know a lot of ppl like HHV. I ordered a bunch of different tobacco based flavors from HHV just to try to see what everyone was talking about. But for me they all tasted similar, in taste. I'm not saying they have bad flavors. They use flavors I don't like, and are simply not my cup of tea.

Have not tried Boba's yet, but am in process of buying the clone components for DIY. I too bought several tobacco juices from HHV but didn't like them except for Legend, which is very good IMO.

While I think I've found a key component I don't think black mile or black mile plus are the black and mild type flavoring to be used for cloning. Neither the ecx captain. None at any percentage give that pronounced raisin note in Bobas. They hint at it but, it's just not there.

I know it's been said that alcohol based flavors aren't used but, that's the only real option I know of. Vaping Zone and seedmans are my next purchase. Any suggestions?

We think they're Chinese based right?

I know the idea of NETs has been discussed, but I'll rehash a bit..

NET I just did.

Sort of reminds me of something, and no, it isn't fermenting :p 100% VG, no added flavor.

I'm certainly no expert, but I would guess most commonly used methods carry over at least some nicotine. From most of what I've read it is pretty minimal, and in most cases negligible. I suppose though it is probably enough you couldn't consider any product zero nic. If Ben has been honest in his statements there are very few possible reasons he cannot provide zero nicotine juice.

It appears that there are different types of tobacco absolute. Nicotiana Tabacum traditional Bulgarian absolute and Nicotiana Rustica which is said to have honey notes and contain nicotine in substantial amounts enough that even diluted traditionally would contain nicotine I believe. Just something I've noticed. Anyway, chipping away.

Also while he may have vg flavorings made now, the original recipe used pg flavoring. A decent amount of it.

I just found an old bottle of boba from 2012. It's empty of course. I took a smell and there it was. The old taste that I loved. The new bottles smell nothing the same. Now I'm sure more than ever that something changed probably in the ingredients.

I have to agree..... There's been a definite change in the makeup of Boba's since it first came out. I have a bottle with about 15mls left from a few years ago that has a totally different flavor profile from what they are selling now. While the "new" Boba's is still pretty good, the original formula was truly exceptional.

I only drip a drop or two on special occasions ...kind of like I do with my few remaining Cuban cigars.... one of those experiences I probably will never have again :(
