I have also read this entire thread. I am trying several variations as well. I did screw up and use coconut extra (thought it said extract), and that made the whole batch way too coconut/y. I have also been wondering if anyone has used the TFA Almond Amaretto? I find this to be a nice mix of cherry and almonds. Just a thought, since I'm fairly new to this.

Sooooo I have a bunch of DIY stuff but all my juices basically suck and I've all but given up. the same flavors and no "pop" that I get from vendor juices is what steered me away. I came back looking for this recipe because I can never buy this stuff. Its either out of stock, the store is closed for maintenance, or I'm too late to order... I'd love to get close to this and will try some of these recipes out next month when funds aren't as tight

Took a look at my nic bottle that is about a year old. It turned a dark yellow and smelled funny. I don't want to take chances so I tossed it. Gotta make a pretty large order now just to try this juice. I hope it pays off

After 3 years of vaping, I'm still trying to figure out where that "standard" came from.

The problem is the size of the drop varies with whatever you use to drop with. As mentioned in the definition.
Well I'm trying to order from ecigexpress but they only have the black and mile and not the "plus". the other flavors will come direct from Capella's I guess as ecigexpress only has 2 things in stock that this recipe requires (well 1 and the substitute tobacco). And the nic will come from Wizard Labs. I just had to throw a bunch of nic out it turned yellow and started to smell funny.
Do you know of another place to get the black and mile plus?? Or even better a one stop shop to get the flavors I need for Slohands #7?
I'm in the same predicament you are. I think ecigexpress has been out of "Black and Mile Plus" since the "winning recipes" by SloHand were posted.
The "Black Cigar" from VZ might be similar but I'm holding out for the "Black and Mile Plus" and that particular flavoring must be something unique to ecigexpress; unless someone wants to enlighten me on this matter...

If you work your way back through the first pages of the thread, there was a bit of discussion around the black cigar and B&M. Somewhere along the way B&M Plus was suggested, as it apparently has a stronger flavor, maybe chocolate, not sure. So I'm assuming that's why all the recipes after that switched to the Plus.
*edit* post #130 mentions switching to B&M Plus for more chocolate. Ben has said no chocolate in BB, but yeah, that's already been discussed too

Yep. I think the "Plus" supposedly has a bit more vanilla/chocolate, but I'm actually only holding out for it vs. getting the "Black Cigar" to stay true to the "SloHand" #7 but it is getting tiresome...
In the meantime, the "glassmanoak" compiled recipe is in steady rotation in my circle of vape fiends, but it's way back there somewhere in this gargantuan thread.

I think i may just get the black mile "non plus" and see how that goes! Plus probably won't be in stock for a while I'm guessing.

Vapinzone Black Cigar is the same as Black Mile. It used to be called Black and Mild but they had to change the name.

and lastly if i go with VZ super concentrate black and mild, how the heck do i mix it to 40%? That seems absurd when its supposed to be mixed 1-3%.... sorry for all the questions!

Wow I've learned a lot from this thread - thanks guys. I will start my DIY juicing off with SloHands #7 - substituting BM plus with regular BM.
I'm wondering how long those flavorings will last! Right now I pretty much just got the flavors to make #7, but I'm starting to regret I didn't get cherry or something else to try...
If I were to add some flavors onto my order (if possible..) do you guys have any recommendations? Is the cherry at LorAnn good? I might try and get Acetyl Pyrazine as well. Just want to hear you thoughts.. Shipping is the real killer so if I can add some flavors before they ship my order that would be awesome!
