My Buzz Pro is missing!

As more time goes by, I'm losing hope. :( It's been four days now and my Buzz is.......I don't know!!

Ordered a Black Buzz Pro, batteries and a charger and according to the post office, it was delivered. Where was it delivered? Not at my house!!!

I've placed a complaint with the post office, was given an investigation number and spoken directly with my local post office and all they can do at this point, is send someone out to "look" around.

My mailbox is one of several locking boxes at the end of the street, I've checked with my neighbors and no one has gotten my Buzz and accessories. What also concerns me is the fact that the mailman that delivered that day, wasn't our regular person and the tracking that says it was delivered has the wrong zip code after it.

I know that Notcigs placed the correct zip on my package, now where in the other zip code it may be, I haven't a clue as there is no other street in my county named the same as mine.

I'm pretty bummed about this, especially after the only thing the post office can do is "look around." Other than that, it's a "sorry about your luck" kinda thing.

Thinking next time I order something like this, (Buzz Pro, 2 sets of batteries, charger) I'll pay extra shipping for order each individually. That way if something gets lost, I won't be out all my stuff and alot of money.

So upset about this, that's alot of money to eat and no Buzz. :(

Sorry that happened. Very frustrating.

Had the same thing happen not long ago with a large order from a different vendor. A week later, the package magically appeared by the garage door. So there is still hope of a happy ending.

Promised myself I'd never order anything online more than a hundred bucks or so shipping USPS without signature verification.

Well I did it anyway. Have a Ipro and multiple batteries and chargers on order. Didn't see any option other than free shipping, or Priority Mail. Would be nice to have the option to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail with signature verification or FedEx.

Oh I am so sorry your Buzz is missing. :( It is truly frustrating when USPS misplaces a package especially when it's something you've really been looking forward to receiving. I have had a couple of packages that showed delivered and turned up several days later. Makes you wonder where they've been and what they've been up to. I sure hope yours shows up soon.

I keep telling myself that it's only been 4 days since it said it was delivered but at the same time, I keep thinking it's been lost for 4 days.
The post office hasn't called or contacted me yet, after 3 now and they should have already came out and did a look around.

That is truly messed up Tammy! I really hope they find it for you. I'd be pretty upset if I was in your shoes.
Come to think of it, I'd be upset and my feet would probably hurt if I was in your shoes. :p

It's in the process as we type, I'd say it's crowning about now. Should be able to pass the shoulders tomorrow then I just have to clean it up and cut the chord! :)

I'm sure my baby is in good hands with you Mist! And when I get her, I promise to cherish her all the days of my life. :)

Got to thinking too, (try not to do that much as it hurts my head) but whomever has my Buzz, if for some reason they don't return it, I hope they know what it is. If they smoke, all they'll need is attys or cartos and juice, they'd be set and have everything they need to get off the cigarettes.

Maybe my lost Buzz is better off being with them, hopefully it will be used and help them. Everything happens for a reason right?

So that's where that buzz that showed up in my mailbox came from! I'll put it to good use! :)

Of course, I'm kidding. Don't give up yet. I once had a cell phone mailed to me and I had the USPS tracking number which they only update when they get it and when they deliver it. It was mailed the day I bought it and it took over three weeks to make it to me. Hope you have a similar experience.

If it was the zip that screwed things up then it never got delivered since there's no such address for the zip it's assigned to. Once the post office figures out that they can't deliver it they should send it back to Mike as undeliverable. It's just a cluster (you-know-what) that will play out in time.
Gotta be a pain though....

That's what I'm hoping for, it will be sent back to Mike.

Notcigs had the correct zip on the package, this is strickly a post office error, not Notcigs. I would never blame or fault Mike and his business whatsoever for this screw up. As such, I would never ask or expect Mike to have to make this good, he didn't do anything wrong and not his place or responsibility to make right.

I'll keep an eye out on this end, Mike is going to do the same and hopefully it will show up either here or there. If not, well I stand by my earlier post and hope someone is kicking the cigs to the curb and using the Buzz now. :)

Thanks Mike! Going to give another call in to the post office in the morning, see what kind of time frame they give before declaring it gone. When I get that information, I'll let ya'll know and we can go from there.

Like I stated in the prior thread, you and Notcigs did everything right, ya'll are not to blame and I most certainly don't have any ill feelings forwards you or Notcigs. Now the post office, I really don't like them very much at the moment. ROFL!
