wow is that true?

Yes AlternateFactor that is true!
Most inhalers contain pg or vg at least mine do. :)
As an aside I have Asthma,COPD, chronic bronchitis and I've had a part of my lung removed
yet vape doesn't bother me in the least nor has it affected my friends with similar issues as much as smoking did.
Just saying......
@DuncanDisorderly when you say "blood hairs" are you talking about the flagella/cillia?

Some people are just psycho sensitive over anything they think is supposed to irritate them. The aroma from some foods will set them off. I'm not surprised that people view ecig vapor as an irritant. Some juices make me cough from the throat hit.

I don't think most ecig vapors actually are bad for anyone 30 feet away, but who knows, just plain old high humidity in the air can aggravate a cough in an inflamed throat.

My daughter's best friend has asthma severe enough that one of her lungs collapsed when she was 7, and the doctors have been unable to reinflate it. Essentially, she has one lung. Her "normal" breathing is wheezing. I asked if she thought the vapor would bother her, she said no, so we gave it a tentative try a couple of weeks ago when she was over for a visit.

After a few minutes, she said it didn't bother her one bit, and beat having to sit in an enclosed car with her aunt who smokes and refuses to open a car window.

How about a fan to move your vapes in a direction away from his office. I'm guessing if you are in a fairly new building that all his problems are most likely coming thru the air ducts, building dust, bugs in the ducts, ect. Start to suggesting that to him and let him refocus on that, get some help from friends to say it is a building air problem, the 'old sick building' problem that everyone complained about years ago.

Yes. His co-worker is panicking about basically water vapor(predominately a "visible" exhale). If they ever realized about the bacteria and toxic mold and dust in the ventilation system, the toxins in the air from the "off-gassing" of carpet, paint, plastic, and cleaning supplpies or even the toxins and bacteria in the water he drinks(yes, even bottled water) his co-workers head would explode.

A thought just hit me!
Dont get a dehumidifier, get a humidifier! One of the ones that has a VISIBLE PLUME OF WATER VAPOR! And either stop vaping in your office completely, as in actually leave everything in the car so there can be no confusion on the manner whatsoever, and try standing there pretending that the humidifier is YOU VAPING YOUR NEW HIGH STRENGTH PV! See what his response is! Thats kinda the mean way of doing it.
The other option is to still VAPE, but blame the vapor that is seen on the water vapor coming out of the humidifier on your desk! One of these two ways ought to solve the problem, or be a new way to mess with him/her.
