Penny wise pound foolish in my opinion! But as Rosco said..plenty of new everything. I hope the new owners enjoy it..Glad it's not me! We are waiting for all the paperwork from the insurance people..claims on furniture and such. We won't get but a hundred $ or so because the stuff was what we didn't want here or couldn't find a place for. Oh well.
