I do 3 mls of 14 mg so 42 mg a day, and I use .30% total flavoring in my DIYed ADV.

been doing 5-6ml a day at 36 nic ... 216 mg/day
About 8ml at 24mg/ml and 2ml at 36mg/ml so 264...
Holy (not)smokes Batman! that would put me in orbit.
I also smoked RYO, but I did it for twenty-two years. Always unfiltered and at the end I was going through 75g (3oz) a week.
Wow, 6oz is a lot. I can see why your levels are what they are.I bought the tubes with filters, so more like stuffing my own. I was using about 6oz/week...
But what we can do is see where we fall on the bell curve. I think people feel if they lower their nicotine they are in turn vaping healthier. I say if their nicotine is so low they can vape 20 mls a day, they are running a higher risk of some unforeseen issue with flavoring. Basically, too much of a good thing? But if you have no idea what the effect is on the body then any flavor number you target is totally arbitrary.
Nicotine absorption from electronic cigarette use: comparison between first and new-generation devices : Scientific Reports : Nature Publishing GroupNow we just need an updated nicotine absorbtion test with current devices and toppers to see how much approximately is absorbed for you all.
Bold - As postulated previously by Dr Farsalinos? But what we can do is see where we fall on the bell curve. I think people feel if they lower their nicotine they are in turn vaping healthier. @Mazinny, your quotation from "Topwater Elvis" is driving me nuts because I do not see it in this thread!
Nevermind the above, it magically appeared
And it is interesting because he says he is delivering 48-72mg. And per the link I gave you just above, that computes to about 30-45 cigs a day, and that should certainly peg a nic/cotinine test. Something does not compute here![]()
Take me off your ' ignore' list?
I arrived at the number 48 by multiplying the number of MLs I vape per day times my Nicotine level. In my case it is 4 mls per day times 12 mg - 4 x 12 = 48. I drip on RDAs most of the time and 12mg nic is intense. That's why I only vape 4 mls per day.
I'm hoping to get 100 responses to this thread so I can create a bell curve and see where I fall on the curve and also to see what the average factor is. Thanks for participating.
