So, I decided to nervously try my hand at refilling a cartomizer. I watched both videos (one from Mark and one from KC) about 3 times each. Thanks to PhoenixRising, I was able to get the dental pick at the drugstore, so I was all set. It went off without a hitch. Being the chronically impatient type, I decided to use one right away. I screwed on one and took a nice long, slow draw. Erm...where did my vapor go? Where did my beloved throat hit go? So, I'm pondering on what could have possibly gone wrong, since I watched the video AS I was doing it. I decided to watch them again, starting with Mark's video. I'm just about to turn away in disgust since I had followed all the instructions to a T when I hear the warning about not letting the little clear plastic piece get pushed so far down that it's touching the filler. A-HAH! So, I went to investigate, and sure enough, the plastic piece was resting directly on top of the filler. I pulled it up a bit and screwed the carto back on the batter. Yes! It works just like it should again. :D

Stuck in the FunHouse
I just refilled my third cart took me that many tries before I was able to NOT screw up the plastic mouthpiece but now I got it and making some funky mixes :)
Funny thing is a refill does not last as long for me as the pre-filled ones,is that normal? The current cart only lasted me maybe 4 hours before I started to see a drop in vap and that burned taste.

Jleigh: Awesome!!!! So glad to hear that you made it work for you, and pleased as punch that I could offer my little tidbit.

Steetvapor: I find this to be true as well. I think the original cartomizers are almost overfilled, (KC has mentioned this before) so they vape a rediculously long time. If you wanted to go for the same, add the plunger method or fill them to the max and let them sit overnight so the filler can absorb the extra juice. I don't have the patience for this so I just refill, plunge, fill a bit more, and vape! Give me a second while I look for the plunger method post...
