Tried menthol today, the flavour is much better, very subjective of course.

Had mine for a month or so, i love the little thing. Vapour and hit is great, ive been using nic salts from Nude around 18-24mg mark and increasingly has become my go to device.

My out-and-about stealth vape has been the joyetech aio with its 1.0 ohm stock coils, but I'm looking for even smaller solution.

For My Von Erl is the tightness of the draw and flavour comparable?

Any instructions on rewicking and recoiling?

Haven't tried the AIO yet. Wicking is doable, recoiling is near impossible.

Running a test to see how long i can keep a pod going, so far ive refilled one about 20 times, with 4 dry burns and rewick. Flavour and vape quality is still on point.

Wow, 20 times is impressive. Getting reaquainted to vaping and getting a My Von Erl helped me stop smoking once again. How many times did you rewick, and how difficult was it?

Not too hard. I thinned out one side of the wick with a dental pick, snipped it off and pulled it out from the other side.

I think these are designed for the quick and easy crowd who wants to vape but are not ready for..... building coils....temp control....software upgrades....various

wicking material trials.....ko gen do...twi con do..bacon strips cotton.......battery science.....ohms.....watts......vg/pg..wicking values......and the clicky button

I'm interested in pods for stealth vaping, they are a compliment to tanks for me. I've ordered a Cync with Njoy 4.5% Nic menthol ejuice to try, since I liked the njoy dailys for stealth vaping. I've heard issues with the 1.5 pods not working so we shall see.

LOVING the new Tobak @36mg. Hands down the MVE is the best ecig I ever used and I think I own them all lol well, minis and cigalikes anyway. OK I have a couple pens too.

How do you dry burn? Do you pull on the unwicked pod? For how long?

Either pop the deck down the hole and suck on battery, its a bit hit n miss but you dont get a lung full of crap.

Or place in empty pod without rubber cap and suck as normal.

Some updates. The long term pod test is still going, ive lost count of how many times ive refilled but its holding up well, im tempted to say its gets better with age. One issue is the pod sides wear out after a while and it wont stay locked in, so ive used a centre punch and further hammered in the little nubbins that hold it in place.

Ive moved on to other ideas including using a mesh wick, results are encouraging so far, and im interested to see how the coil lasts using mesh.

I bought a second unit, noticed my first battery was starting to show its age and loose some mah, probably around 10%, so not too bad considering i hammer it every day.

300g mesh wicks better, not getting drop off in flavour towards the end of a long pull. No leaking yet.

One downside to mesh ive noticed is its a cooler vape, think its because there is more mass to heat and the mesh is acting as a heat sink.
