My wife, out of the blue last night, told me that if we make a certain amount of profit from the next three shows we vend at, that I could get a high-end mech mod if I wanted to. She knows I've been drooling over a Caravela, Poldiac, GGTS, Themis, etc. etc... Let me tell you, that was really a pretty cool thing for her to do when she also knows that I am intending on taking enough money out of the profit from a show we having coming up this next weekend to go ahead and get my Provari. She's been tremendously supportive. I am a bit concerned about how much juice I have been going through this last week, and she is not happy looking at the cost of the amount of juice I've gone through, but I'll figure out a happy medium sooner or later on that one myself. :D

At least you have a second opinion on purchases. OH when I first saw you title I was going to post "What does that have to do with E-cigs" or "sounds like an issue for a Marriage Counselor". LOL
Be glad you have someone putting on the brakes for you. Can get to be a very expensive hobby as apposed to just being a way to quit smoking.

Deacon trust me youll go through more juice when you get the provari :p

Yeah, gonna start buying in the 60ml lot sizes and soon will be making the leap to DIY with the juices. I hear RBA's slurp the juices. My biggest issue right now is that I like the way a new carto hits for a day or two, then the draw and flavor begin to decline so significantly that I just get frustrated with them and end up replacing the carto. trying to clean the used cartos to see if I can get another couple of days out of them before I have to do it again.

Yeah, waiting to get a VV mod so that I can juice some more time out of these cartos. I figure the exploration time for some of the other gadgets is soon to be coming, so that's a good thing. Still looking for that perfect vape, but I think I'll find it in the next several months or so.

Now that is perfectly sensible advice.

I would say this, though. My opinion is that for your first year, you should budget your spending like your analogs cost you and do not worry about saving money. The goal through year one is just to stay off the combustibles. If you were a really light smoker, this rule could restrict you. I have an operating budget that really allows me to get what I need when I need it with few worries. Sure I go over some months and have to play it tight for a month or two, but so what? I track mine just so I know I am not going too crazy. Once you are through the first year, you should have a pretty good idea of most of the juices you like and a pretty nice collection of gear. That is the time to settle down and rein in the spending.

That is actually a pretty good way of looking at things. I'm actually trying to approach things with the idea of buying at a rate that saves me as much money as if I didn't buy one carton of analogs a month for the first year. That way, I'm not overly restricted and can see some savings. Not sure my wife is going to agree to this logic, but it seems a good approach for me.

Darn good advice indeed. Unfortunately I rolled my own and it was pretty darn cheap...20 to 25 bucks a week with a 2 PAD habit. But if I don't eat out every day at work and miser my gas use I should be in pretty good shape for VapeStock in June.

Your girlfriend won't take your money for granted...unless she's a stripper. Try to avoid those if you can help it. Wives on the other hand, tend to see it all as theirs. Yeah.

You get your girlfriend flowers, she thinks it is sweet and can't wait to show her gratitude. You get your wife flowers, she assumes your up to no good/kissing up because if previous no good activity.

Truth! This is also why I never do the dishes or clean up around the house. No need to make her all paranoid...

Or...I could just get her hooked on vaping.

First, I have to get her addicted to cigarettes...tricky but doable. Then...

You're EVIL! LOL! HAHAHA! But that could do the trick :p

I have to try something...I'm going through vapemail withdrawl!
