. I wish RBFS sold bigger bottles than 30ml.

I really think for them to be conserved a serious vebdor and more than a novelty shop they neeeeeeeed to offer big bottles, been saying that on here from the get-go.

As rdsok mentioned their CC billing system isn't working. You can place an order and choose "via email" (or something like that) as a payment option. If you send an email to net-sales@naturally-extracted-tobacco.com and inform them of your order Clay should give you a call back. I placed an order myself yesterday and he called me back within a couple hours to get my CC info and manually processed it.

Never send your CC info via email. did it that one for one of my ordefs,, tried to do it again and he ignored me. There are stillll pretty big issues with huddd I hope he is working dilllingetly to get thingd

A goooood net vender needs to be criss dsciplied with the gvt agencies EPA, OSHA, ATF, and that's just a start, I'll bet the feds could shut down most about any of them at will wish. Its almost freightening what thry can do to us.

I need a patch for one eye . I swear one reads 6 inches higher than the other and it comes and goes, very frustrating. I'm just trying to help these wonderful shops know what they are getting into when they do more than repackage-re-sell. The alphabet soup gets a lot bigger. The red tape unbelievable.

You don't need to order another kafun just for the pmma part. Fasttech sells the part too.

I never thought your leaking issues were due to the size of your coil. I use larger diameter, non contact coils to minimize the effect of the gunking on vape quality, with some NET's. The picture i posted was just an example of a build. I have used micro coils with no leaking as well.

The two kits I see do not have a specific top cap for the lite model (unless the 3.1 is the Lite/ES):

--------------------------------

EDIT 2: Links did not work: these two kits- http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10009156/1691200-kayfun-pmma-short-nano-kit
and http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10009156/1570900-spare-parts-for-kayfun-v3-1-atomizer

I'm kinda partial to this tank after seeing it: http://www.fasttech.com/products/3023/10009156/1815505-full-replacement-tank-for-30mm-kayfun-lite-kayfun. 6 airholes. That's crazy.

--------------------------------------

Is it advisable to actually let the wicks out of the slots below the chimney, or just 'park' them on the ledge?

Every time I put them on the sides, I experienced leaking when filling over a certain point.

There are plenty of times I realize that I don't know what I'm doing.

However, it tastes like Sun-Cured Turkish, so something went right.

Afraid to fill it over 1/5th full, however.

The draw has become extremely tight, probably because I changed where I put the wicks. It may not have been a good idea.

Time for some reading...

-------------------------------------
EDIT: yeah, I definitely went an unorthodox route. I can probably fix this and see what happens, but I'm going to say that I expect leaking to occur at some point.

EDIT: Fixed. Still going to be conservative with filling until I can verify that it's not going to start the whole "gurgle/leak phase" after reaching ~ 2/5 full.

I re-upped my HHV regulars, and have a Infinite Magma to be delivered today.

RL has been bleak. Literally Death, Destruction, Disease and depression.

Not out of the woods yet, but there is more sunlight poking through the trees...
As my gramma often says, which always turns out to be true.. this too shall pass.

Brobdingnagian, sometimes I have juices that work fine for the first 1/2 tank then gurgle afterwards. Usually an adjustment to the air-flow after an inverted clearing of the flooding remedies the problem, this was when my wicks rested on the chamber's base.

Whether I use Hemp or Japanese Cotton, I'll cut the wicks to the top of the bottom 1/2 of the chimney, and lightly push the wicks down each side to the ledge of the chamber. This has added more wick on each side of the chamber and eliminated the gurgle/ flooding once I'm vaping on the second half of the tank.

Speaking of RBFS, do any of you use them in KFL's? What setup and wicking medium?

I'm trying out Porch Rocker in one and it was like pouring gloop into it. Vaping well so far though..
It's thick stuff, pretty high VG. Haven't Kayfunned it, almost all my RBFS has gone through my favorite dripper, my Atomic. Rayon has been working very well in my KFL with other high VG juice. I also keep the draw tight by putting tape over half the airhole, which really helps the wicking.

Received the bottle of Americano Ciambella by P.O.E.T that I had ordered. Could smell it as I was opening the envelope, which had me think there was spillage since I knew the bottle would be glass. Well, bottle is sealed and totally dry, so this must be a potently scented juice. Smells like a donut with maple frosting, quite lovely actually.

Going through my email I saw MOV is having another 20% off sale until the 7th. Since I missed the Labor Day sale, gonna go order some PenD and Outlaw now. MOV20

With the recent discussion of H&H Vanilla Mango I had a small bottle of extract that's been steeping about 3 months, also just received a fastech Magma, finally had just thrown together a nemmy from the parts bin. I decided to go fo it. I built the magma dual 1.5 ohm coils which gives a slight sub-ohm of 0.7 ohms. I mixed the mango & vanilla 20%extract/65%/35%P%G and 18 mg nic. Building the Magma was a breeze main does this have an ice deep wheel and the airholes are under the coil for a warm vape. I get my coils premade from a mast coil winder on ebay and used cotton bad so the build and mix took less than a half hour.

Man this tastes great, the steep really helped the normal green Virginia tast a dislike., and the magma is now my favorite RDA by far. This is my first un-regulated subohm build but it cam to 20W which is what I would have ran regulated anyway. All in all a very constructive little project.

Seems you can never have too many nets waiting to be taked.

Well the magma is by far the best darn dripper I've had, I love this thing, deep dense clouds at two 1.5ohm coils (0.75 ohms) so about 20 watts. Taste was almost too much, I think fruit + tobacco should best be of the cav variety (JMHO.) But all in all I was blown away by the magma and when my ether order comes in its going to get a work out. One thing with the magma 24mg/ml nic is too much had to cut back to 18mg.ml. But man I am glad I learned about this magma here a great way to experience nets..

Glad to hear it. Another thing that seems to help, at least in my experience, is to take a clean, unused toothbrush (one of those dollar-store cheapies) and clean the threads and parts out of any RBA I get before using it. Your preference to cleaning solution may vary; I usually stick with hot water and dish detergent, though some folks go an extra step and clean everything out with 90-100% isopropanol first.

I suppose that would clear out any gunked-up nasties, but if anything uses an adhesive to bond together, the IPA is going to dissolve it (this is why I stick to hot water and soap for all polycarbonate tanks and anything conjoined with some sort of adhesive or plastic bonding (Plastic on metal without threads seems to be a good indication of this).

I'm hearing too much good about the Magma to pass it up. The well size seems just right, from all indications. Good for trying out a new juice without ending up with too much at once.

It's 60/40 based on what Brian mentioned in an email to me months ago. I used it pretty much all evening yesterday in the Kayfun, just making sure that I gave it the occasional dry hit without firing it. See the bubble make it's way through the tank..all good! :)

I have to say though, the flavour is definitely more pronounced in the Magma than in the KFL which kinda makes sense I guess. I'll re-wick it differently next time to see if I can enhance the flavour a bit more via the KFL.

I used to use dawn, water, methanl (HEET) then warm with my slow cooker to get to the new flavor ASAP, what a mistake (lost a lot of orings). Just buy more atomizers:facepalm:

I've been playing with a lot of RDA's lately and the Magma style is where its at. It tastes like those first few minutes with your kayfun on a fresh build with well soafed coil. I friggin love the thing.
