I think MFToms59 and AnthonyB have a good take on the thought. They along with checkum and clnire and others have an historical knowledge of the thread to see how it has ebbed and flowed.

Having participated on another forum since 1999 I've seen the wheel go 'round in a similar fashion. Learning what came before and how is fundamental. How can you talk about Keith Richards without knowing Chuck Berry?

The blending of the NET threads is an attractive idea that could encompass the process and the result. Show the how and the why favorite retail juices came to be. As I'm learning more I'm learning how deep there is to dig.

On a related note my first two extractions should be ready in ten days...

For any uk vapers who are interested in black note, they now have a uk stockist.

https://www.vapour.co.uk/eliquid/born-in-the-usa/black-note

Excellent news as saves on expensive shipping from the states.

One happy vaper here.

Other good news for uk net fans, red vape are apparently going to start selling their juices in variable nicotine strengths, likely from middle of next week...

I have a new clearomizer aspire k1 with bvc coil. Now i can vape at 4-5 volt. With my older clearomizer from justfog i was able to vape only with about 3,5 volt. The tabacco juice has now more steam but it tastes with 4 volt like candy and not so strong and good as at 3 volt with my old clearomizer.
It is normal and what can i do if i want good taste without the candy taste but with a lot of steam ?

Oh yes, Anthony is back. I am new from Germany but i have read your award list and i will do some orders refferring to your list and the experiences of some other from this board. I am searching real tabacco taste without any other flavours. I like patriot very much and i like blacknote. I love a strong cigar flavour. I have tried 7cut, but without stepping. Whats your opinion to my wish list ? Can i cancel some of them ?

NET.com:
Sun Cured Turkish
Balkan
Gypsy
c-sharp
starry night
Air cured Burley
Excalibur
3crown

Ethervapes:
Confederate

Want2vape:
Managua
The Blonde
Louisville

myvapejuice.com
Steeped to Perfection selection, but what samples are the best, too much
Nicarau Sun Grown cigar
Sutliff Private Stock Metropolitan Pipe Tobacco

goodejucie:
Wild Turkey - Goodejuice

Sorry Jonny I just saw this now. I am only recently really getting back to reading every post. My apologies.

Look, in my opinion, your wish list is a really good one. Your tastes match a lot of my own. My personal style of ordering doesn't leave much room for eliminating liquids and I tend to be a compulsive spender on juices. That said, in the last 3 months I've been on a juice buying fast to vape up many juices I have purchased over the last two years.

My advice, if you aren't as over-stocked as me is to order all of them bit by bit over a period of 6 to 12 months or order them all because some will steep in 1 month and others will take 3, so you won't even touch many of those for a while. Try them regularly to see how they have steeped and then put them back into a steeping hibernation. Sun cured Turkish and Balkan are also great choices.

Your NET.com wish list is faultless. Air cured burley is one of my all time favorite nets. 3 crowns is a brilliant cigar choice as is Excalibur but they need 3 month steeping.

Likewise, you've chosen my 3 favour liquids from want2vape.

Nicarao sun cured from MVJ is also a solid choice as is confederate from Ethervapes.

I also highly recommend vanilla Skye and Bali nights from Ethervapes.

I'm no expert and really new to NETs, but I've found that the flavors on many juices are "adjustable" by making minor tweaks to the power level.

I've found that juices with a sweet component often get less sweet as the power climbs. For instance, I have a juice that has grape & lemon in it. At a certain wattage, the sweet grape stands out and as I go up incrementally in power, the grape recedes and the lemon gets more prominent.

Try walking the power up a bit and see what happens.

On my phone or would have trimmed your post Anthony.

I "talked" to Bill recently. I have a friend who wants to start extracting and I was not sure about the lab filters some used. He got back to me and is doing well. Not really vaping NETs anymore, and has enough extracts he does not enjoy anymore. The RY4 thread is almost non existent anymore since it is not so easy to post his quarterly recap and does not do tobaccos anymore. It was nice to chat with him and know he is a happy vaper.

I remember Johnny quit vaping, and we do see boomer occasionally. Great to see ya MF and checkum! I still lurk, but do my own extractions for when I want a good NET. I was never real active, but was, and still am, an accomplished lurker!

Clnire you are a valuable part of this thread and a real star around here. We appreciate your input and work! I do miss some of the old contributors to our thread, however I enjoy the newbees and their input very much! A great big hand to all that continue to contribute. :toast:

Yes, i think, i have to put down the power but my battery is not able to go down under 3,3volt. I have to buy other clearomizers, because i like my battery very much. Its a eleaf ijust d16. It is very little but it has 1700mah. I have also an istick 60tc but i dont like the weight.

I have never read about the influence referring temperature and flavour taste, so i was wondering about this.

Thanks Anthony. I have ordered all the nets from the list from net.com at first and i am still trying. Until now i like them all with the exception of one or two juices. I like only tabacco taste without any other taste and without sweetness and some of them are very good. Its not easy because i am very spoiled. The reason is patriot. I will never forget this fantastic taste at my first try of it. I was sitting and vaping it and i have speaking to my self: "This can not be, its like a real cigar or cigarillo. Is this a burned cutted cigar or what ?" I was wondering because i have read in german vaper boards that a burning flavour like from a real cigarette is not possible in juices. In germany the problem is that they do not know american juices.

That's true for other aspects as well. I've have NETs that were harsh. The inclination is to lower the power. When that didn't work I went the other way and they smoothed out.

Well that just proves one thing, folks as wise as 67Tele sure do come up with some valuable info for the rest of us!

If you've read this thread for any length of time you come to realize there is a point of diminishing returns. Posts start repeating, people leave and newbies ask the same questions again.

I think the thread was rockin' at it's best about half way through Part 1. In depth info, arguments and all the old timers checking in at least once a day.

One could do worse than to read the thread from post #1.

You must be the Anthony B of Clays Rum Rebellion fame, so hello! I just ordered another bottle of that last month, it's one of my favs for a stronger NET vape :)

So glad to hear it David. Glad you are enjoying it. Clay caused quite a frenzy in the old NET community when he first started NET.com and invited suggestions from NET users on ideas for new NETs on his supplier thread at the time.

BJ was responsible for blackberry burley, Boroscope for Mango Vanilla and myself for rum rebellion. I am a rum drinker when I am on out on the town. Spiced rum and Bundaberg rum which is popular in Australia. I could find no vendor who had a rum infused NET on the market so I suggested to Clay to create a juice. So Clay used his masterful NET skills and ingenuity to come up with Rum Rebellion.

I love it. It's a crisp, bold and no nonsense blend which the rum augers well with. The rum is not overpowering at all but blends with the tobacco in a good harmony.

I am glad it stood the test of time. I am going to suggest Clay make a spiced rum NET with a darker tobacco tone to it.

Glad to hear it Jonny. I too am not really a hybrid tobacco vaper. I like it mostly pure and unadulterated. Patriot is one of my favorites and has been for years.

If you like that 'smoky' or burning flavor try any NET with a dark fired tobacco. Confederate from Ethervapes has a similar type of flavor as Patriot though maybe not as sweet.

Do you mean "dark fired 2" from net.com ? Do you know more dark fired ? Confederate is my next try, i will order it at the weekend. From ethervapes i have only the confederate on my list. Is there perhaps a good dark fired i have to order ? Hope you are right and confederate is a little bit similar to patriot. I havent got a similar juice till yet.

What do you think about steeping patriot, a few weeks, months till its really good ? Do you have made a little test ? How do you make the steeping process and do you have some experience to make it faster ?

Do you know a good concentrated cigar extract to make a juice better ? I have tried a coshiba flavour a few weeks ago and it was very interesting, but not awesome. Sorry, toooo many questions, but i am hungry.

I need more input, pleeeaasse...

Just a thought Jonnydoe, you may want to try a well stepped N-E-T.com Ltd Rsv cigar flavor called, Excalibur

Yea, he was one of our most inspiring Netizens, but evolution happens. Sounds like he is doing well, however, and that's the important part.

I think the rum adds a lot to making a really nice distinct net flavor. My only regret regarding vaping is that I didn't start out years ago like you guys did. Still it's been over a year now cigarette free and gets better every day as I'm starting to vape unflavored pg/vg and light flavorings, NET extracts (just bought two from clay and he sent along two more free extracts!), honey tobacco (TA) from nude nicotine, etc. it's interesting how my tastes have tended to evolve too. I started out liking red Virginia because it had the "bite" of a cigarette, now my go to NET is Sun Cured Turkish, followed by organic spirit, and sometimes for a change pure Virginia, AB Rum and Excalbur, list goes on. A great group of folks here in this forum!
