It means the extracts need to be mixed with PG/VG and nicotine before vaping. The extracts are concentrates. What does this mean?
Do they have a phone number? Can't find one on their website. Not much to report from here other than I'm still vaping NETs. I'm really happy that people here made me aware of Stixx Mixx, as I am enjoying everything I get from Ty and saving money too. I had been buying from another source making good juice (who tended to add sweetener to his nets unless you asked him not to) but he's gotten out of the NET business because of the FDA. Both of them provide excellent customer service and are the exact opposite of my previous favorite that I quit doing business with.
I keep meaning to splurge and try Black Note, but never got around to it. Maybe that would be something to put a tiny bit of shine on an otherwise awful year.
And as I think I've mentioned before, I'm pretty sure I don't have a well developed palate. My favorite flavors are the most strong ones, like Latakia. I may be wrong, but I think it's entirely possible that I might totally miss the nuances that others talk about.

Well I either have a super developed palate and The NETs I’ve been using are overpowering and pungent to me or the juices I am vaping have already gone off.
I am really looking forward to the Blacknote order. The last time I tried Black Note was 5 years ago when I was still occasionally have a cigarette (despite taking up vaping 6 years earlier). At the time Black Note seemed too subtle to me. That was at a time when NET.com, Want2Vape and others were spot on to my palate in terms of boldness of flavour.
With my taste buds having improved significantly I may find Black Note just right now.
Pick up some Salted Caramel by Flavor West. It gives you that Cracker Jack flavor. A little goes a long way.8 years down the road and I'm still enjoying my home made NETs, it's all I vape. Hybrid NET is my preference with VCT (Vanilla, Caramel, Tobacco) my favorite. I go through 100 ml a week so it's a good thing I learned how to make my own. Probably wouldn't have but the FDA (and to a lessor degree state legislatures) provided ample "inspiration" to learn DIY.
The only non-NET retail juice I ever liked was Ahlusion's "Caramel Wild Wood" (CWW). Unfortunately, thanks to federal and state governments, Ahlusion closed its doors a few months ago. Nice to know I could get CWW flavor concentrate from a shop called the fox trove, thanks @Skeebo . Haven't had any CWW in years, might be time to mix some up! CWW tasted like Cracker Jacks to me, a flavor I never could accurately replicate DIY. I remember it blended with certain NET (VaPER's I think) quite well making for a tasty hybrid.
Hey, Anthony.. I don't know if you have tried DIY yet, but a good NET vendor for DIY purposes is Stixx Mixx. I have tried about 7 of their flavors and they do NETs quite well. I also don't know if you know or not but Ahlusion is now making their flavor concentrates available to the public. I've only tried their Caramel Wild Wood concentrate, and just like the original did for me, it's great after a 4 week steep.
So, I think the Stixx Mixx extracts are excellent.
I'm also a big fan of Blacknote. And, yes, they're more subtle and cleaner.
I, stupidly since I keep fooling around with juices, let some old NETs sit around for more than a year plus and they didn't age well. They were not straight tobacco, but they lost most of the non-tobacco flavor.
