It was way too late and I was typing up too many things at once. LOL. I just re-read it this morning like:blink: I think I will leave it there because it sure would be a feat to "sleigh a dragon" (almost like a camel going through the eye of a needle.;))

I like your thinking. That's the spirit! My brain often tosses a bunch of thoughts into a hat just to see what new associations it can come up with. Yours was particularly good. "Dragon-pulled sleigh." If that doesn't appear in some wizards-'n-warriors adventure flick, then the screenwriters aren't pulling their weight. Maybe we should get dragons to write the scripts...

If you've ever been to Jerusalem, you may have noticed that the wall surrounding the ancient city of Jerusalem has numerous entryways cut into it. Each entryway has its own name -- i.e., "the Beautiful Gate," "the East Gate," etc. Well, there is a small, very low gate cut into the wall (I forget which side it's on) called "the Needle's Eye," because of its small size. It's sort of a back door entrance and was used by merchants bringing their wares in on beasts of burden, including -- you guessed it -- camels. Of course, the camels had to have their heads forcibly lowered, and then be shoved forcefully from behind, in order to get them through that small gateway.

This was an everyday occurrence, and yet memorably difficult enough to make for a great metaphor: hence "harder than getting a camel through a needle's eye." :):):)

Yea I heard of that but, I have never been there. The top of the doorways were very low to keep the Roman soldiers out also.
They would have to dismount from the horse. :nun:

Indeed! No arrogant pagans allowed to ride "victoriously" into Holy Zion! :)

It's a little like the entrance into the Church of the Nativity: that door is so small, and so low, that the building cannot be entered unless one actually bows down to go inside. :)

Oh, sorry for the OT; we now return you to your regular scheduled programming.

Vendor: Heather's Heavenly Vapes
Liquid: Huntsman
Thoughts: There's rarely a time that an eliquid blows my mind. Sometimes they're terrible, sometimes they're great, but very few put me in a state of pure ecstasy. Since I started vaping two years ago I've always looked for tobacco eliquids as good as the cigar/pipe tobacco I smoked.

As I first tried Huntsman the flavor was very familiar. I was running through my head all the eliquids that Huntsman tastes like but none came to mind. The next day I was sending my thoughts to Heather's Heavenly Vapes when I remembered the flavor. When I first bought a tobacco pipe I ordered five premium pipe blends. One was called Hunters Blend. Huntsman is not similar to Hunters Blend, it is Hunters Blend. An earthy, woodsy, medium bodied non aromatic pipe tobacco. It's not bitter like the English tobacco but not sweet like the aromatic. I really don't know how else to describe it except that it's one of the best tobacco eliquids that tastes exactly like the real thing.

To my own personal tastes, this is one of the best tobacco eliquids on the market. Period.

Well I had to order some on that note. I ordered the Huntsman and the Gandalf, both at 24mg 70/30.
So I'm pretty excited, I really like natural extracted tobacco juice , even the dry ash tray taste is good for me.
I love Want 2 Vape tobacco's ,the Acid Blondie I just can not handle it has that Patchouli, smell/taste SPOT-ON , I mean you could not get a better Patchouli smell , taste , flavor , ever. It's just a bit over powering for me. All the rest of W2V I tried I liked very much.

And I like what people here are saying about the Gandalf ! Also the reviews on the web site are all good too , if that means anything?

I went to a university in florida. I just encourage kids and making sure they feel safe. there's a lot of at-risk kids I work with. I actually first got into smoking cigars by meeting up with other "nontraditional" christians. this then led my wife to worry so I started vaping and now I'm here. ecf is my escape zone from all the stress in dealing with things at work. between dealing with parents, controlling people, and apathetic pastors, this thread helps.

I hear ya on that - I've been playing piano at my pentecostal church for a very long time - they are all thrilled that I quit analogs, but once they hear I'm using e-cigs WITH nicotine, they don't get it! Then I have to go into explanation mode, and they seem appeased and want to know more about it so they can tell their analog-smoking loved-ones all about it - so it's all good!

It doesn't really work that way, but maybe V2 cigs? Did I just say that? I think I just heard some thunder and ...oh my god, what is that? HELLLLLLLLLP!

J/K

Lol. Their Turkish ("Sahara") tastes like a crappy RY4 variant. And the vaper texture is almost like vaporized chalk (something strange I find with many chinese juices). I don't know what they were thinking. I doubt they even know what Turk tastes like. Or they haven't smoked in years and simply forgot. Maybe they associate the tan colored "desert sands" with "powdered caramel".

edit: I hate to sound like a Halo shill in a thread dedicated to "natural tobaccos", but if it helps, I think their recent Turkish is good. I've been enjoying it. It has a sweetness that I don't recognize in any Turkish blends, but it still reminds me of the light, creamy inhale of a Turkish Gold (not a standard Camel).

BTW - can someone tell me if tobacco is grown with chemicals, or are the chemicals formed when the analog burns? I'm just trying to wrap my head around NET and whether it contains chemicals or not. Thanks

I gave the wrong info! Please see Eleanor's post on next page for right answer

I'd be willing to bet that there are many of us on ECF who would surprise or even shock others here if we took off our "Clark Kent" vaper's cloaking and revealed our "true" identities---meaning what we do with the rest of our time (besides vaping and sometimes even during vaping). I know I'm in stealth mode when I'm here.
