All over the place
I was hoping the fired-cured base would make it worthy. But you just dissed it beyond anything I can imagine!! :)

Well, PM was last on my list, so I think our lists are a bit inverted. LOL. Well kinda. I really appreciated Habana D and GN.

It sure smells good. Never was into peach tobacco. What were the other two you tried?

Gandpa's Nightcap and Our Why 4 Quattro. I'm not into cigars or menthol, did I miss anything?

I like QNJs NETs but they seemed overly dark and had a similar sweetness that kept me from vaping them except for short periods.

For those of you that have vaped MoV Pendragon, how did you find the smell? My bottle arrived last week and the smell has been mildly unpleasant. What I'ved dripped tastes fine so far, but it of course still needs steeping. The other two bottles (Full Virginia Flake and Double Barrel) smell pleasant, but Pendragon does not (yet).

Same here... I wonder if it gets better with steeping or if it stays as it is.

*SNIFFFFF*.. Month and half in, still "funky". Still haven't vaped it, other than for testing. ;)

I figure I'll get to it in another month or two.. or five. :D

Bill I am going to take a second look at your list of favourites and match it up with the juices I have in my possession and hand pick them out of my inventory for immediate vaping. I actually like the rigour with which you rate juices.

I will say this about Vaperite, I ordered from them at the same time I ordered from BWB and Alien visions and found them to be my favourite at the time. Their juices were revolutionary for me. I still have some liquids left from AVE (Blend 4, Bobbas, Raf-a-licious, Gamel, etc etc) and BWBS (Virginia, malty, malty toffee, Adironback and others) but I do not have one bottle remaining of my first Vaperite order.

Unfortunately I ordered my second batch right before I discovered that naturally extracted tobacco's was now reaching an apex and many new vendor's have hit the market with their products. I may still have put in an order with Vaperite but it would have been smaller.

I have been vaping Vaperite liquids lately because I still have a lot of them from my second batch, and I must say I still like them. They just aren't blowing my mind the way they did the first time around.

VapeRite---now there's another one.

I have major respect and admiration for Todd at VapeRite (and Donley at Want2Vape). Talk about NET pioneers! Those guys (along with Don at BackwoodsBrew) got me started on NETs more than two years ago. That said, I never fell in love with any of VapeRite's tobacco juices. Neither NET nor synthetic. Oh, I wanted to love them, but---in fact---I didn't. I liked/like some tobaccos from W2V and BWB, but it took the second and third waves of NET artisan juice-makers to turn a great idea into a reality for me. Even today, there's no single vendor from whom I like every NET. It's all cherry-picking to find the ones that thrill me.

I make it a point to not snort e-liquid :D

... besides... my nose doesn't work that well. I don't smell much on Pendragon but I do enjoy vaping it.

I've never experienced WTA.

Oh, I've had WTA before, in three bottles of juice I ended up getting free from one of the two WTA vendors (I know of only two). Because I wrote a positive review of their Turkish Tobacco Blend (without WTA), I was sent beta-testers for feedback. All three 10ml bottles were versions with WTA. I just got nothing from the WTA---I had no reaction at all. As if it weren't there. Apparently I have to wrong brain for WTA. LOL.
Great thread here! My 2 cents from a recent session:
I was vaping 36mg Menthol Ice from HHV from one SMOK box at a fairly high voltage for me (5v I think). In my other SMOK box I had Beatle Juice 24mg with extra WTA - it was set to 5.2v. The Menthol Ice was giving me a jittery feeling after a couple minutes so I put it down and vaped the Beatle Juice. After a couple minutes a feeling hit me - not jittery, just a "I have enough" feeling. I put both down and didn't vape again that evening - never happened before. Not a "I feel sick and cant vape" feeling, just a "that itch is scratched" feeling.

Back on topic - I have the unflavored tobacco (no menthol or fruits like cherry, peach, etc) juices from the USA lab & home made section from Goodejuice on the way and I look forward to trying them - threw in the Vermillion River VR Max too as an afterthought as well.

I guess I just want to find the perfect tobacco vape for me.

:)

Been vaping Louisville Blend from Want2Vape's formerly Vapenstein, now Signature Blend, line. It's described as a Burley tobacco vape, though I don't know if W2V uses any other tobaccos in the blend. Burley is a light colored, air-cured tobacco that is a full flavored, dry tobacco with low sugar content. Very commonly used in cigarettes and pipe tobacco.

Louisville is a very strong and dry tobacco vape. There's a hint of sweetness from the tobacco but it's very light. It's in the same category as Devil Dog and Blue Grass Burley from Ahlusion; intense tobacco with no other flavors and mimics smoking closer than many will think possible with vaping until they've tried one. It's so remarkably intense, strong, and authentic that it would be hard to over-exaggerate it's impact to a newcomer. Like others in this category, most vapers won't like it, but many will love it. It's for pipe smokers that want the same tobacco impact from vaping, or for those who have grown to like real tobacco flavor from vaping and enjoy aggressive juices.

When I was vaping it earlier I thought it may pass as a strong cig vape. Than I smoked a real cig today and realized this juice is a lot more intense and flavorful than a cigarette, so definately a pipe vape.

That's some basic info that may be helpful to someone newer to this thread, but it's already well-known here the intensity of this line. So on to taste and personal opinion. I enjoy it. Flavor stayed strong all day, this category of NET doesn't suffer from flavor fade during long vaping sessions for me. It tastes about the same on the inhale as exhale. I didn't pick up any notes I would classify as subtle. It's just a full-bodied, though not very complex, pure tobacco taste. Grassy and leafy; not green but dry grass with a dry leaf bite. Smokey, not like fire-cured Virginia or Latakia, more smoke-like. It's a little umm muddy/fuzzy, not as crisp and sharp as I remember BGB and DD. Some may prefer it this way, I prefer it Ahlusion style. With that and Ahl's aros being cleaner, I may keep a bottle of Loisville on hand at times but not as often.

And yes, this is a dirty a juice. 2ml was all my coil could handle before a very noticable drop in flavor quality, and it started dropping before that even. Not a big issue for me since I can easily burn on my RBAs, but still an issue I keep in mind.

Bobba's Bounty and Gorilla Juice DO use the same base. I thought this was general knowledge? Gorilla Juice is Bobba's with banana flavouring.

It isn't just NETs that vendors use the same base with different juices. I've run across a bunch. Heck, I'm convinced Boba's Bounty and Gorilla Juice are the same base. I think the high popularity of vendors that don't do that, an Ahlusion or an HHV for instance, is because while you might not like all their juices, there's a better chance you'll like at least some of them, because they aren't all the same. I liked VR okay, but had I not liked one of them, I wouldn't have liked any of them.

It's wise not to bring that 'war' in here Mr Mann ;) It's a very topical and heated one. Having said that I am salivating at the idea of a future with NETs that have WTA in them.

My absolute favourite all day Vape is not a NET, which is ironic but not surprising for me. WTA non-net liquids, for me, simulate the effects of smoking more than any NET does, including those that taste exactly like a pipe blend or cigar. NET's taste like a cigar or cigarette where as WTA feels like a cigarette or cigar, just not any particular blend or tobacco and some of the WTA liquids, particularly the tobacco ones, smell more like cigarettes than NETs.

The thought of having WTA in NETs would be so close to cigarettes that the only thing missing would be combustion.

You are not lying. Hell, it is also one of those things that if you have it you may still feel like you've never had it. LOL. Depending on who you get it from, but OMG I hope the camp war doesn't start here. Sheesh! That battle is so tired and I know a little bit too much about both to be impartial.

Disclaimer - I know the following is off topic for the thread but I feel I must respond to Scarf-ace's mention of the Red Tail line offered by Aroma-Ejuice.

Yeah sorry about that scarf-ace. That red tail line did come with a warning and I honestly thought it was just me because many claim to love the red tail line and don't report any ill effects. I couldn't vape it. It is an entirely different line to the Aroma-ejuices I love which is the original line they have offered from the beginning. I don't know what's going on with the red tail line but it didn't work for me, and it appears, it didn't work for you either.

I hope the dk-tab has been more enjoyable a vape for you though.

AnthonyB gave me some Red Tail Vapor, which I believe is Aroma Ejuice's VG line. Honestly it is giving me a headache :(

Great review Jerms. I think you described Lousville from Want2Vape perfectly. You are so spot on that this juice is one that most vapers won't like it but some will love it. I personally love it for precisely for the reason that it is such an authentic reproduction of a grassy leafy pipe tobacco.

Not a problem dude:) I'm just glad my curiosity about WTA is permanently put to bed LOL. And surprisingly, given my general dislike of DK-TAB, this one is actually pretty damn good!
