Sahara is getting pretty in pink so I decided to release it today. At first I was thinking it's so completely different than QnJ's Turkish, Hump Back. I loaded up some of that and they actually share a lot of the same notes, just played in a different way. Very, very early impressions is that Hump Back is a better vape, but Sahara is more unique. I'll see how that plays out in the coming days. Probably gonna need a good week with Sahara before trying to review it.

Anybody know if QnJ's Hump Back is a different version than the contest vape version? I personally thought it was completely ready for prime-time as it is.

I've been vaping Sahara for about six weeks. I have two bottles now, one an XPress 30ml I bought on June 4, and a standard bottle from June 15. I've vaped both from the day I got them. I'll repeat what I've said before: Sahara is great new and old.

Fresh, it's a blast of dry heat. The mouthfeel is spectacular; it climbs up the tongue and feels like an explosion of powder on the throat. I'm not a big throat hit guy, but the sensation of new Sahara on my soft palate and throat is addictive. New SB has a bit of a sweet undertone, but it's overwhelmed by the aridity.

Steeped Sahara trades about half of its desert blast for additional sweetness and a more defined tobacco taste. I wonder if others' description of spiciness is what I experience as a powerful astringent throat hit? It doesn't seem spicy to me at all -- just dry dry dry.

I'm vaping GeJ Wild Turkey side-by-side with Sahara, and although the WT has picked up some flavor in the two months I've had it, it doesn't have either the sweet low or the dry high of Sahara. If I had never had Sahara, I think I could happily vape WT though.

Final note: I broke in a new long-barrel HH.357 with Sahara, and have vaped nothing but Sahara in it. I have to say, this may be the best juice-atty combo I've experienced. These two are made for each other. The HH loves short hard hits, and delivers a tremendous blast to the throat without much effort, and it has flavor that only a 901 can match. For those like me who just don't get great flavor from rebuildables, the HH with a really clean juice like Sahara is hard to beat

I've been completely neglecting my NET liquids. 230ml of Mad Murdoch Agent Orange were delivered yesterday. I'm trying to not give all of my attention to AO, but man, it's really good. I might mix up a little 3ml with some NET, don't know which yet and a bit of AO. I'll let you guys and gals know if I do it and how it turns out. Maybe with HHV Shadow or Dark Horse. Hmm.

On another note, it seems like vaping is having no negative effects causing me issues with exercise. I was on the treadmill for almost an hour (52 minutes and some change) today at with a slow jog pace, level deck. After that an hour of weightlifting exercise with my PT. Never really felt short of breath. I mean, of course I did because of intense workout. But not any more than normal. Confirmed by Brady, my trainer.

I am having a somewhat similar experience with A+ Sarsaparilla. I managed to pry mysekf away from the Louisville and BGB and the Sassy is holding my interest. Unlike the Cha-Yen, which I was really fired up about and fell short for me. I am going to let it steep a bit, but it basically tasted disturbingly similar to Highbrow Chai Tea (with added cream and sugar) and while oth are fine and even enjoyable, not rotation worthy. I will re-eval the A+ Cha-Yes in a couple weeks. The Sassy though is most excellent as a respite from the heavy NET's.

What is the flavor profile on the MM AO?

GeJ vape mail today. Got my big ol bottles of Vita Bella and Patriot and lil ol bottles of High Octane and Full Throttle. Dripped some Vita........ it's been way, way to long. I know most don't seem to like it fresh, but I just vape-gasmed. Ungodly good bacco that's slightly funkified oozing with custard. Milk straight from the unicorn's teet.

Get it, and Patriot too if you haven't yet. I was a little worried the Vita wouldn't be as good as I remembered, as it was my first NET love and haven't had it since. It's better than I remember. Some of the best NETs have been around a long time. Why have I been without this for so long??

If you don't like Vita right away, it will change quite a bit with age, but this bottle is going straight into my rotation.

My love/meh relationship ith Patriot is documented in this thread. I totally get why people adore it. It is arguably the best analog replacement juice I have tried. It is very accessible and it performs extremely well. The I say, yeah, but it wont make my regular rotation...and a week later I am vaping it up. I just finished my final drop of it this morning.

W&W Sassy is really, really great liquid. I don't know how the hell Wlad does it, but you can feel an effect similar to carbonation. Really awesome mouth feel.

MMAO is Orange based. With... Um.... I think I taste a tiny bit of anise. Maybe? It's very loud with the Orange flavor, but there's way more to it. And of course it's bright orange.

Jerms, Unicorn milk straight from the teet? You should pasteurize it first for your safety. ;)

Oh, I made a MMAO/NET mix. 5 parts HHV Shadow:1 part Mad Murdoch's Agent Orange. It's actually very good. I only got 15ml of Shadow, so I didn't make much. I'm going to let the flavors meld for a few days. But it's tasty so far. I know it doesn't sound that great, but it is. At least to me. :p

I can't wait until I get my RDA this weekend and test out all of my NETs on them. Seems I might be missing a lot

I think it's the Phoenix V4... I won the "big package" on Modenvy last week: k100 in black, a rebuildable dripper, a Protank and 5 pack of coils.

I had to order batteries, charger, Kanthel and Silica to be able to use the free stuff :glare::oops:

If I knew these things were under $10, I would have picked one up a while ago :)

Ahh, yes, one of the ERA clones. The ERA is made in the Phillipines for the low low price of about $80. The clones go for about $5, and look and work the same.

There's a few different designs for the posts, with either allen, philips, or thumb screws. Some have holes in the post, one I have doesn't. Holes in the post will make it easier to rebuild, but even without it's just a matter of wrapping the wire around the screw and tightening it down. The draw is a little tight, which I like, but you can make it airier easily if you prefer that.

The ERA clones are some of my favorite drippers, they are small and easy to rebuild. The tast from small drippers is fantastic. The coil it comes with may work ok, but when you find the wire and wick material that works best for you, and the type of coil you like best, they make for an amazing vape. Any questions once you start fiddling feel free to PM me.

K100 is a great mech clone too. Nice score.

It is always good to come back to GeJ. Straight up tobacco goodness, honest, authentic flavors. No foo-foo, no weirdness, no mysteries!

Thanks for the info, Jerms.

Yeah, I like a tight draw, too. And flavor is more important than fog-like vapor.

And everything will be new again :)

I like both, ways of vaping, but generally don't use NETs when I build a dual-coil cloud-chaser setup. It seems...wasteful. I'm not talking about the cost of juice either. For some reason, I'm totally fine with vaping synthetic tobaccos that way. For NETs, I feel guilty.
