DEMP?

Not sure what you mean... please elaborate.

Wow, that totally flopped. I thought it was called Dunhill Early Morning Pipe? Yo liquid, girl!

And the road-map I am referring to is the number of people I've talked to that said, "Oh, I am using Scarf's method!" It keeps popping up when I talk to people (DIYers and more) about their extractions. A lot of people know about it and use it.

I will probably get banned from this thread, but I do NOT steep. If I do not like a juice out of the box, then I probably will not like it later on. I will put it on the shelf, and try it again after about 2 more weeks. If it is still a no go, then to the PIF box it goes. How much would you enjoy a new car, if you had to park it for a year before you could drive it?

That's cool if it works for you. I'm glad that I tried Smooth Criminal again after eight weeks and discovered the best e-liquid I've ever had. But if steeping is a moral issue, I guess you should avoid discovering something like that.

Meanwhile, let me know which of the Ahlusion tobaccos you're planning on getting rid of!

Jefs, I gladly make the 2 hour drive, but always hit both GeJ and QnJ. They are nearly on a line from my house and I can't pass up the great NETs. I do make it worth my while, too--last 2 visits, I brought home 10 bottles of juice each time for 20 of 30 mls each in two weeks.

Yes, it would be worth it, if I had the money to buy anything when I visited :)

Hopefully things will be better in the early autumn.

She is definitely a trailblazer of sorts, and I plan on using her methods in the near future to start producing my own NET's as well.

Tobacco, tea, vanilla, cinnamon...and whatever else I can come up with. It's going to be a fun time in my basement.

Man, I am not joking when I say that Dunhill liquid is incredible. Sorry, that the best review I can give. Oh wait, maybe, I feel some inspiration coming on, I got it! It's awesome. LOL

No joke.

I'm thinking we SW suburbanites should get together at Nick's place and have our own little mini-vape bash. Bring along some of your favorite juices and after we hang out with Nick at GeJ for a bit, we could find a place to go hang out and vape. Anybody up for it this Fall?

Well then, I am quite green with envy that you are so privileged to have vaped it LOL. Just Kidding! (But not really!)

Sounds like fun. Holdol is around here somewhere; he's from Frankfort and on the way.

I like the light grey! ;)

See, this is was one of those liquids that inspired my blog (among bill's Skydancer, kemosabe's P15 clone, and my BGB clone <--{don't even ask:laugh:} and several others). At the end of the night, I think we would all be well served to DIY a bit. And to be honest, the majority of w2v's menu does not hold a candle to this one liquid. Yep, I said it! It's like a cross between w2v and HHV. Imagine that.

OH RIGHT THAT:) Yes I do like that Dunhill. I am going to make another batch of it soon and share it. I have been so preoccupied with various and sundry cr@p that I have neglected my forum pals. Situation to be rectified soon.

Yes, that's me on Vapesquad. The post that got me blogging again. ;)

I found that one night researching tobacco extractions. Imagine my surprise. That's my guurrrrl, man!

Oh, and please don't take this as an insult of liquid, but to make it easier on my coils, I chase it with P15. OMG. It doesn't detract from Dunhill Early Morning, it doesn't rob it, it just extends it's essence without it's presence being totally present. And that aroma? Trombone! But I will always start undiluted.

Just so you know, and I've said this before, I would slang this. There are WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too many NET vendors that are getting pizaid off of liquids that want to be like yours when they grow up. Yes, what I said in my blog is cemented by stuff like this. "I applaud DIYers and their network of enthusiasts that get down to business and figure out these liquids (and come up with fantastic recipes of their own); that's how these vendors got their start."

I received Goodejuice's Patriot yesterday and just sampled it for the first time. My initial thoughts on the flavor are that this is clearly a strong tobacco, no doubt about it. It actually reminds me of W2V's Cold Infusion in terms of the genuine tobacco taste, like if you just licked a tobacco wrap while rolling your own. TH is very strong at 24mg and I wished I had gone lower. I'm actually surprised at how my clearomizer is reacting to the juice, as I have vaped about 1ml, which is enough to clog it up with Vita Bella and GJ4, and it's still working fine. I likely won't reorder as it's a little too strong for me, but I would recommend this juice to anyone looking for a full font tobacco. 9/10

Protip: fresh chopped ginger and a scraped-out vanilla bean. Tastes like a ginger hard candy. SO refreshing.

Tea is wicked good too. Oolong and green tea are what has worked best for me, black teas are too prone to overcooking/bitterness. Flavored teas are the best.

Right now Louisville, though I haven't tried Humpback, or Vita Bella... or Apache

I use a variation of her Method, since I'm without a Crockpot, I use a small ceramic bowl inside a 2 qt. pot and simmer on low 2-3 hours at a time. I tried this when a co-worker asked me to make her a Clove vape, turned out better than I expected... Thanks for the inspiration scarf-ace:vapor:

My next two experiments are a straight Coffee and maybe some Captain Black White label, I use to smoke that during my pipe phase

There's something that I've been thinking about today while switching back and forth between Patriot and Dragon's Fire and Serendipity and so on, and if it's a line of discussion that's already been covered before then someone can simply say so and I can nix the notion. But...

If you had to go though your collection of various juices and single out one that you would be content with vaping for the remainder of your vaping days, which one would it be? Unlike me, most of you have delved into the mass majority of NET's available and it would be interesting to see just which NET you tobacco aficionados just couldn't live without and (albeit begrudgingly and reluctantly in most cases) would choose to vape exclusively if you had to do so.

My holy trinity right now is Ahlusion Maple Burley (perfect balance of strong burley and slightly sweet earthy richness), Want 2 Vape Louisville (the most authentic "smoke" I have ha to date), and N-E-T Coventry (all elements I like, one I the smoothest and most balanced vapes I have ever had, an authentic smoke feel, just balanced so well and I never get tired of it)

I will add I have not counted Vita Bella out yet. At 4 weeks it is still a bit too desserty for me, but traces of tobacco are finally coming through...and in spite of myself I am reaching for it time and again. I also have very high hopes for N-E-T Black Cherry. And I can vape their Black Cavendish all day every day. That is a fantastic juice and a true cav "smoke"
