Oh, I see the confusion! When I said 'VR' in that instant I meant Vermillion River, not Vaperite!
Notwithstanding, Rou's Toasted Hazelnut is a wonderful liquid and so is Madagascar vanilla.

Wow, interesting conversation. Pretty much all the things said I like to see in a juice vendor, but it's mostly icing. Flavor and performance are the only key things for me, and I get most of that info from people here insead of from the vendor; and then it's a matter of trying them to see if I enjoy them. If I enjoy a vendors juices, things like transparancy, methods, ratios, price, and options don't have a huge effect on whether I'll order, but I have more respect for vendors who do that stuff well.
For steeping, meh I'm indifferent. I think it's a good idea for all vapers to have a lot of juice that they like on hand, always. If a juice takes a couple months to hit it's sweet spot, no problemo, I'll still be vaping in a couple months and will need good juice on hand when it's ready; and I already have juices that are ready to vape until that happens. I much prefer a juice that gets better over time to one that loses flavor over time.

One interesting trend is pre-steeping using ultrasonic cleaners. A few vendors do this. I believe Ahlusion Wlad is using some UV wizardry for the XPress line, no? It would be interesting to see more vendors offer a pre-steeping option for those that like to vape right away. Many of you have liters of juice and have more than enough that a month+ of steeping happens before you even get to it.
Totally. I like to think of it less as steeping (I hate that word as nothing is really steeping), but buying liquid ahead of schedule. What's today's date? Aw man, I need to order for October. LOL
p.s. Jerms, you got some vape mail and some, shhh, coming.![]()
Hehe, thanks bruthah, looking forward to it. I'm on a semi buying freeze for a little bit, since funds are going to be really tight for a little bit while I save up for a non-vape related item, so it'll be nice to have a couple new things to try.
Most vapers learn with time the importance of buying ahead of schedule. Can't say I've done that by plan though, just the way it's turned out to be. There's more juices out there I want to try than time in the day to vape them, so the effort is buying less juice less often to keep my stash managable.
Can't blame new vapers for being caught off guard when they start hearing they may have to wait for the juice to be great. "Wait, I have to let this age... a whole week?!" Yep, and in some cases much longer, but you'll get used to it.

How important is vapability right out of the box? Does this matter to any of you all? Are there any NET vapers that don't dig on the steeping?
p.s. I'll be back in the shadows very soon...

Mann, how is that Brasileiro working out for ya?
I have some in a CE5 and I wish I could share it with everyone on this thread. It is sunshine and magic and smiles.
I will probably get banned from this thread, but I do NOT steep. If I do not like a juice out of the box, then I probably will not like it later on. I will put it on the shelf, and try it again after about 2 more weeks. If it is still a no go, then to the PIF box it goes. How much would you enjoy a new car, if you had to park it for a year before you could drive it?

Saved me a lot of typing. Exactly my thoughts.
If I make you the best burger in the world and you come back to my restaurant (hypothetically) every day for that wonderful burger the quickest way for me to go broke is to tell you exactly how to make it yourself and what I put in it.
I too would be going down the S T F U route before I told you that my cousin Jim grows his own veggie patch and he lives alongside a creek with some very fertile land where he grows his own special tomatoes, lettuce, fresh produce that goes in my burgers and his lovely wife Diana mixes her own home made mayonnaise which goes into my burger. (All hypothetical).
And if I stuck supermarket grade Mayo in my burgers and bought the veges at any typical grocer the mystique of my burgers might disappear. Any information that is going to lose me business is information I would withhold.
Capitalism, it's fun.

DEMP?It's an absurd liquid. I mean that in the BEST way possible, but I drink too much coffee to really enjoy it (coffee is always on my palate). Personally, I prefer DEMP--now that is really my kinda liquid.
Sorry I never said this before Scarf, but I don't think you are given the credit for what you have sparked in the community. You've given something I never could--a roadmap.
