Nice...thank-you. Vanilla tobacco sounds good. I am very picky about consistency. Would like to hear more about the Vanilla one for sure.

Soon, I will go into more detail. My review skills are rusty, but I WILL review these. This and my WholeCig order today got me happy. As far as consistency, professionalism, and from what I have learned, facilities (GC/MS testing and distillery) DV is well funded. I think, even though they are a "small M&P" type outfit, they are doing more behind the scenes work which keeps their operation going (but that's just speculation). It makes sense though. 30 mL+ bottles come in glass too, BTW.

I see DV has a flavor called BFF...a hazelnut. Don't see a whole lot of hazelnut out there. It seems that might be a nice vape. I never had one. Comments anyone?

EDIT: Pardon me, I see MM has that as his first one. Guess I'll wait a couple weeks. :)

I haven't had the DV BFF yet, that was part of my order with Ghost Peachbacco & Vanilla Tobacco. The Vape Right Naturally Flavored Rou's Natural Toasted Hazelnut Tobacco the only Tobacco/Hazelnut I've had and it's my Favorite juice from VR, the Organic Flavored Madagascar Vanilla Tobacco and Organic Flavored Peach Tobacco are also worth vaping.

... Southern Gentleman I don't know. I'd say it's not for me and I should have gone for Apache instead. But, I'll do the whole bottle before making a decision.

... SoGent I respected more than I enjoyed.. until half the bottle was gone I really started liking it...

The Southern Gentleman not only needs a steep, but a long one, I'd recommend 4 weeks minimum, I'm sure you have a few juices to keep you occupied for awhile.

It actually doesn't scratch the nut itch for me.

They have ointments that can help you with that. :p

Very nice! Got me drooling lol Love coffee, love good coffee vapes and been wanting a new mech mod...gorgeous pic

almost forgot...those are some nice drip tips, especially the one on the left(can't see the one on the right as well tho so idk)

The coffee is from a company that shatner told me about. I've been very, very happy with the orders I've placed so far.

The glass tips are from Envision Vapor, a company that was started by someone that used to participate in this very thread.

Hey Mr. Mann! Have you tried any other WC flavors or just the non flavored one?

Yes. Professor Fresh, Vanilla Malt and, of course (thanks to you) WC. Honestly, whoever gave them the wise advice to go the unflavored route, LOL, made a good call. Their flavors were okay, but not good enough (their phasing out the flavor concentrates). Their unflavored, as you know, is spectacular IMO. They are likely to contiune making an the unflavored, and a sweet WTA "unflavored" (EM), a menthol version, and I think they are flirting with an idea (from somewhere, don't look at me) for one more that is still in the works. The one in the works could be vewy, vewy intawesting if it does happen. haha! Stay tuned, Hula (in JF's thread).

unfortunately, what happened on ProTanks was that some people were getting bad packs of coil heads and didn't realize it...they assumed that ProTanks were evil.
.

Ohhhh, maybe that's what happend. My cousin had one and I tried it--I didn't think it was evil, just the worst vape I ever had. Made me want to tell him to ditch it, his Z-atty-pro (the one he got from me) and go back to cartos. Cartos neva, eva tasted like that!

I was one of the lucky ones who got good coil heads(I did get one bad one once). The coil heads can be recoiled very easily if you have some 28 ga kanthral and a piece of cotton or 1mm silica. I wish the quality control was better but then they'd raise prices too.

The Protanks are still evil

Thank-you sir, appreciate your willingness to review them. I did look at the site and was sorely tempted to place an order for their sample pack, but have decided to wait and hear your thoughts on them first. I am vaping H1N1 and enjoy it a lot but it has me also wanting more bacco vapes now. <sigh> Don't know if this makes sense to you. It's kind of like the old saying, if a little is good then more is better.

I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case. I am currently using the ProTank I and II (not exclusively; I also use several other devices including an RDA) and have only bought the replacement heads from WordUp and Sun Vapers with only one bad head so far.

The PT II performs better than the first one and isn't as airy. It also has a stronger base and better construction than the former. It vapes like a beast and flavor is quite excellent. Not as flavorfull as a dripper but not bad at all.

Rebuilding the coils is cheaper even tho I have only been paying $6 for a pack of 5. Also, I clean the heads in everclear once a week and reuse them so a rebuild isn't necessary until it has been used for 2 months usually(more often if vaping super-sweet eliquids and sometimes 3 months if vaping clean, clear eliquids).

I'd encourage your cousin to try another head on his/hers... or rebuilding the coil on the bad head and replacing the wick. Its an amazingly good vape.

Hi all,

I've been flat out with work and study and the occasional night out when there has been a chance to keep sane and break up all the lonely hours on my derriere studying. As a diversion to take study breaks I have been educating myself on cigars and not just any cigars but fine cigars. I have subscribed to a Youtube group called cigarobsessions where many cigars are reviewed. Bryan Glynn in the videos is a great reviewer and a lover of cigars. He really knows his stuff and has a developed sense of taste as can be seen in his descriptions of the flavours he experiences while smoking the cigar. He uses very similar terminology and vernacular we use in our e-liquid reviews. He will take a cigar from the point of lighting it up and then have time segments in the duration of smoking the cigar (some cigars last for over 2 hours!). In those segments he will comment on how flavours have transitioned at various stages of the cigar.

I really like his reviews and it's giving me some inspiration to consider trying the art of extraction. This is only bolstered further by the fact that I found a rare good cigar shop in Sydney that stocks all the good cohiba's including the award winning Cohiba Behike 52 and the Padron Family Reserve No.45. There is even a box set of Drew Estate cigars which includes a Kuba Kuba, Acid Blondie, Cold Infusion and Acid Atom Maduro!

I would really find it satisfying and personally rewarding to be able to extract a good cigar like this and I don't know why more vendor's don't do it considering the costing structure of extractions. For example - one cigar makes for about half a litre (500mls) of liquid so the incremental cost of a cigar is spread over 500 mls of liquid making it economically feasible to extract an expensive cigar.

It is ironic that when I was a smoker I never cared for cigars and it is experiencing the aroma, nuances and complex flavours in naturally extracted tobaccos that has given me an appreciation for the complex flavour profiles in cigars.

For anyone who may be interested to see the kinds of reviews Bryan does on a cigar I recommend the following. I find it fascinating to see reviews on the very 'sticks' that form the basis of all our naturally extracted liquids.

Just a small review here on Scarf-ace's Ramon Allones Net Extraction.

I have sampled this little gem a few times since I acquired it from Scarfy a few months ago. It plays like a stogie and reminds me a bit of Paris or London. It also reminds me a bit of County Squire from My Vape Juice. It's a rich medium bodied tobacco with a chocolate tinge.

I decided to put it in my AGA-T2 to get the most out of the flavour of this homemade liquid and to see if I could pick up on some more complexity. It is more flavoursome in the AGA. Any other atty I used it in didn't quite do it justice. The liquid is ashy, pungent, stogie like. It plays like Paris from W2v which, coming from me, is nothing short of a full complement. I am loving this liquid after a solid meal. The mouthfeel is deep and lingers on the palate like a real cigar might. If there are any negatives at all it would be that I just wished the flavour was a bit more pronounced. An extra extract would make this juice perfect for what it is which is an extraction of a good quality cigar which retails in Australia for about $24.

Great work Scarfy. A real gem of a liquid which satisfies my urge for a rich, ashy stogie.

You're welcome, MM.

For anyone interested in my thoughts on Darth Vapers coming in a couple weeks, I can say right now that short of me buying another bottle of Berserk and Ghost Peach, these little 6 mL will NOT last a couple weeks. I will reorder those two and or just make my review in unsteeped fashion.

Hey Anthony, I've been doing both hot and cold extraction of cigars and blending pipe tobaccos for awhile now. As an example from one Deluxe Kuba-Kuba I get around 120 mls. of extract which I use at 25% flavoring. The juice tastes just like the cigar, absolutely amazing. When I first vaped it I couldn't believe the taste.By experimenting with burley's such as Dark Fired Kentucky and mixing with Izmir Ribbon Cut and Yellow Leaf Virginia I can get a well rounded base juice to add other flavoring. Right now I have about 15 extracts, mostly pipe tobaccos. It is well worth the initial outlay where you get Kuba-Kuba at $0.016 per ml. Of course you have to be well practiced at building coils. They gunk up in no time. But spring loaded posts make re-coiling a breeze.

Enjoying some Goodejuice Organic #1 this morning. Kind of forgot about it. It was one of the first NETs I ordered. I love this stuff. Might be the smoothest NET I have had. Hints of cocoa and clove, just a slight, very natural sweetness to it. A little bit chalky, but not excessively. To me it doesn't have a very strong tobacco flavor. It doesn't fit the profile of what I usually go for, but this remains one of my favorites. OG#1, the smooth gangsta.

Boomer, that sounds exciting.

I would really be interested in trying a cold maceration. Would you be able to direct me to a link to a good manual on how to do it?

Also, do you add extra nicotine or is the nicotine from the extract sufficient for you?
