Sounds like you'd be happy with e-liquids like Ahlusion Devil Dog!, Ahlusion Blue Grass Burley (my personal favorite NET), Want2Vape's Signature blends, and Mountain Oak Vapor Apache. I'd also keep my eye on Naturally-Extracted-tobacco.com.

That's jumping in the deep end. Which, if strong tobacco is what you want, is fine.

But you may want to start with something more mild like Heather's Heavenly Vapes (Purity line- Legend, Dragon Fire, Pirate's Booty) or Velvet Cloud Vapor Blue Beard or White Beard. White beard is like an RY4, but instead of just vanilla they use vanilla custard. They'll substitute the custard for 'just' vanilla if you request "Adam's White Beard" in the notes. /shameless plug

1320 pages is unbelievable lol. I'm not even going to try to follow this discussion. So here's my question: I've tried both DIY and pre-mixed tobacco flavors and I have to assume they are all (so far) not (natural?) good. American red from WL tasted like a dandelion field, and the 5-star rated RY-4 tastes like chemical soup. I recently tried a pipe tobacco called Couramin from desert vapes, and it pretty much tastes just like RY4 to me. I've tried almost every tobacco from WL, only to find a mix of RY-ish to flowerpots.. but nothing that remotely tastes like real tobacco. So far, the saddest admission is that the BLU tobacco flavor has been the closest. I'm told that's from Hangsen, but wanted to ask before I order.. are those also "chemical" tobacco flavors?

Any suggestions for someone like me who is apparently sensitive to florals (they make me gag). I love almost every dessert flavor I've tried, so I'm not just adverse to DIY flavoring or something. In fact, most pre-mix stuff to me is off-putting, whereas I can tailor my DIY to my preferred TH, chest hit, vapor, nic, etc...

I just want a decent tobacco flavor, and getting a solid marlboro or other flavor would be nice, and getting a really nice pipe tobacco would be even better. I've wasted a ton of money searching for it

Has anyone had Quantum Vapor's Tobacco+? It's supposedly extracted. I believe TA, but not the Bulgarian mass produced stuff. At least I'd be surprised if it were. I have a 30ml of it. It's crystal clear and has a very clean and good tobacco taste, although pretty light. I just received it yesterday so it's still very young.

I'll re-touch on this after it ages.

It's crystal clear and has a very clean and good tobacco taste, although pretty light. I just received it yesterday so it's still very young.

I think Ahlusion's aromatics do benefit by steeping...when I first got Blue Grass Burley, I thought someone through some grass in a bottle! After about 3 weeks of steeping, it has a wonderful smoky flavor. Just ordered Puresmoke, Paris, Morley and London from W2V and Yesteryear, H+ and 3 Crown from Naturally Ex. Tobacco., along with an order from GEJ and Parkes...should keep me trying things for a while!

I had that exact experience with BGB. I was convinced by someone else that the change was in my perception, not a legit change of the juice. I know that to be true now, since I've bought several bottles and it never tasted grassy again.

Yep, any change of the tobacco in BGB is probably a change in perception. I've heard Devil Dog tames a tiny bit with steeping, but wasn't noticable to me. I've heard the peach and cherry aromatics start to lose the fruit flavors with age, but I vaped them up too fast to find out.

Hold it! I found out that it's an arti-bacco. But probably THE best arti-bacco in that it doesn't taste lab made. It really tastes like a TA liquid. Even still, I'm not going to stop vaping it. It kind of reminds me of fresh Sahara Blend, but not at the same time. It's weird. But it's good juice.

Eric responded to my query. I'm waiting on hearing back from him w/ his permission to post his response to me. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor when he said it wasn't a NET/TA/TE.

Big Juicy, though I haven't tried the Dog or London, I agree Louisville seems to have just the right balance of straight Tobacco flavor, sweetness, and a satisfying mouth-feel that keeps you wanting more. It doesn't have the excessive earth/dirty taste, overly aggressive throat punch, nor gunking factor of Paris which I like as well.

It has slightly more smoky flavor than the most excellent A+ Blue grass Burley...but it is so right on and not overdone that it makes me turn to it over the MB time and again.

As for the extracts. We do not extract our own tobacco. In a sense there is no such thing a natural tobacco flavoring aside from extracting the essence of tobacco leaves. This has a side effect in that you may extract the nitrosamines, known carcinogens, from the plant itself. Also, unless properly heated and filtered, nicotine can come into the mix and throw off the overall liquid. It’s a long difficult process.

Given that, our tobacco flavoring is a combination of other natural flavors to 'simulate' a tobacco like flavoring. This is why it has a nutty essence to it. In fact it's why almost all ecig tobacco flavors have that nutty flavor. Some more or less than others.

What we achieve is a clean taste which is all anyone can hope for. We would much rather use proven, natural/organic extracts that provide a clean taste than provide our customers with any level of the uncertainty that comes with self-extraction.

My "guilty" pleasure is Pink Label. I know this because when a smoker I didn't know asked to try my pv, he liked it and asked what the flavor was. I didn't say Pink Label lol, I said just some fruit mixture.
