When I got my bottle, I said EXACTLY the same thing. Staring at my empty bottle, I wonder what happened! LOL. That caramel steps back enough to just taste awesome, and yes, the tobacco shines more (don't know if the tobacco steps forward, but that caramel steps back indeed.)

trying to compare patriot to BGB in flavor, is like trying to compare milk to orange juice lol. Well maybe not that extreme but... they are very different. I love Patriot and BGB both so much. Patriot is a juice that ahlusion has nothing like in its aro line.

I've said it before, but honestly, man, while I like my coffee straight-up black and brewed well, CWW fits so nicely with it that as soon as I found out that it goes well with my coffee, the bottle dwindled with the quickness. I have to say, I'd never had a vape that I cared to "pair" with my coffee prior to CWW.
Drinking coffee alongside vaping is weird, the taste of a vape after a sip of coffee gets extremely altered for me. A lot of flavors taste kind of funky while drinking coffee, but luckily tobacco usually do well (maybe because coffee and cigarettes was always nice).
But I agree about CWW with coffee, that caramel tobacco pairs up extremely well while enjoying a cup.
I've only had the Maple Burley. If the maple used in those is similar, I'd be willing to recommend it for the maple side. That's coming from someone who's only been disappointed with maple vapes before, but Ahl's maple is much different than the normal pancake syrup flavor of the others I've had.
I just requested if a straight-up Wild Wood tobacco could be make for me, really hoping it can.
its funny you should mention that... when i got VitaBella from gej for the 1st time, i kind of made up my mind to not like it before i tried it, im not really sure why. Anyways i ended up really liking it. Specificly because it paired so well with my black coffee in the morning. Now i know Vurley and VB are very different in taste, but vurley pairs better with my coffee and thats really the only time i used VB. So i probably wont order that one for a while. CWW is also really good with coffee. Doing that now.

but thank god that was a ss midsection. I've never really understood how people use that. I'll always just end up vaping all the way until I'm vaping in burnt cotton. 
Having said that, finally cracked open my GeJ bottles. Patriot is the clear winner for me right now outta my latest batch of ejuice. I absolutely love it. I mean, I really enjoyed every single one (first time ever. my success rate was usually 1 or 2 out of the 20 samples I get). nice rich flavor, and its so. much. flavors. going. on. VB was a huge hit for me too, although I think I'll needa let that baby steep for a bit.
Unfortunately as good as BGB was, it proved waaaaaaay too intense for me. practically fried my nose for a good 16 hours or so. gonna hafta let that baby go at the classies. ):

When I first tried my sample of Patriot after steeping about 2 weeks I did not like it at all. Tonight I pulled it out of the "steep" box and dripping in a simple 510 bridgless atty. WOW, what a difference 4 months makes! This is really good! VB was the same for me. I was not impressed at first, but after a few months steeping, it has it's own atty for when the mood strikes... 
inotfat, from GeJ next time I recommend, Organic #1, GJ4 and Grasshopper.
Organic #1 is also like pipe blend with good complexity similar to Patriot's complexity but with completely different flavors and a bit sweeter.
If you liked VB, you might also like GJ4. GJ4 is vanilla+caramel+tobacco. To me GJ4 is a like a robust natural cigarette tobacco plus something similar to maple. But the downside is it's a coil gunker...
Grasshopper is mint+cacao+tobacco. All of the flavors come out as very natural and they're balanced. Some steeping brings out more cacao. It's also a tad sweet but not dessert like. It's a great vape refreshing your palate. It'll be very nice after BGB

I'm trying BGB again tonite, 2nd time. The smell right out of the bottle seemed to have changed for me. I started smelling something like tree resin but in an interesting way, not off putting. The "smoke" is still there for me but not as aggressive. Let's see how it'll vape.
I had about 0.2-0.3 mL of Peachy Criminal left at the bottom of one of my tanks. I topped it with home brew ASO juice. Great combo! That little peach in it adds a very nice dimension to it. Next time maybe 10% Peachy + 10% BGB + 80% ASO ?

Papa my Kayfun replacement parts finally showed up today, got 'em installed and all is good! Currently vaping GeJ 24 mg Analog in it, 1.6 ohms @ 9 watts. Highly recommended.

I hate to rain on your parade, but the tobeco (together best corporation) version comes with pmma clear section. At least mine from FT did and that price is only 6 bucks more than FT--well except for the 2 days FT had it listed for $21.
Good to hear that. They've added an all SS extra screw kit now for the KFL. (might work with the other KFs) Even for a clone, I'm really impressed with the performance. I never thought I'd be doing 1.5 @ 10w, but I am and regularly for some great taste.
BTW, What all did they replace?
Oh yeah absolutely. I was just thinking out loud that I wouldn't wanna get a ss mid section just because I'll never figure out how much juice left. Doesn't help that it's not like a bcc where you can just twist something off and peek in to check ya know? If they could make a little slot at the side just to check the liquid level that would be so sweet. I personally love the look of a full ss kfl, but all 4 of my kfl and r91 are with the clear mid section. I choose less awesome looking over vapin burnt cotton hahahahahaha
