You;'re flying to Paris tomorrow, yes? I am with you on London. It's okay, but Louisville is the whip for me. Muddy and murky with all low notes is the perfect description as far as I am concerned. London is great if you are oblivious to the better "versions" of similar tobacco mixes in liquids.

I'm with both of you, but enjoying London a bit more than you guys did. I prefer Louisville's blend and that tiny bit of sweetness. I think that London is very good, especially for those that want a no-nonsense tobacco that doesn't have any sweetness. I do agree that Devil Dog! is a better juice, but the blend is quite different to me. DD! is more potent and intimidating. London is mellower and has less Latakia.

I'm going to start dripping Paris now, just to get a head start on Jerms. Ha!

Well, I don't talk about most of the stuff that I have in my possession or what I vape. The only thing worth talking about most of the time for me is NETs. I mean seriously! I don't mind drinking Milwaukee's Best, but I ain't got much to say about it. I got some Al Bundy in me, but that guy keeps to himself with his typing hand comfortably lodged where it should be--right near his DK-Tab.

This reminds me of the chat I had with Mr. Mann yesterday. NETs are my favorite e-liquids, but I also enjoy synthetic tobaccos from time to time (currently dripping a bunch of Janty stuff). Like I told Mr. Mann, I love getting an authentic burrito from a taco truck in LA, but there are also times that I crave Taco Bell. I enjoy Taco Bell, but don't consider it "real" Mexican food. I'm enjoying Janty's DK RY4, but don't consider it a "real" tobacco e-liquid.

In my experience, and with a few rare but significant exceptions, all Classic RY4s and most Custom RY4s are ersatz tobacco blends, at best only faux tobaccos. Although not all are sweet enough to be called dessert vapes, RY4s are generally tobacco-laced bakery juices. Which is not to look down my nose at RY4s. The RY4 flavor profile---tobacco, caramel, and vanilla---may not be totally universal in its appeal (no juice is liked by everyone), but it's close enough for horseshoes. And anyway, RY4 has been very, very good to me on ECF, so I won't bite the hand that's fed me. LOL.

I was just about to order more Patriot (love it). It's changed:ohmy:??

I think it was late last year... October perhaps? The recipe changed slightly but I am at a loss to remember in what way. Mann can tell you more.

Who here besides Mr Mann has vaped both Patriot V1 and Patriot V2? I have still not tried the "new" Patriot.

I have. While I would still consider Patriot Redux on the mellow end of the NET pipe tobacco spectrum, I think it's basically Olde Patriot with the volume turned up a few notches. It hasn't lost its subtleties and everything you know and love is still there, but the flavor is not as shy. I was skeptical at first, but I think it's an improvement.

Oh good. I am glad you think so. I never had any problems with Patriot being too subtle, but I do like me juices fairly LOUD so I'm sure I'd like it.

Thanks, scarfy! I'm fine then; the last I time I got some was early December, and I was pleased as punch with it. Like Huntsman, it's such a stand-out ciggy craving killer:2cool:.

See above:)

I love it especially because like Serendipity, it fits the bill whether I want a tobacco or a sweet juice. Perfect for any occasion.

Old Patriot was a bit of a hybrid NET (tobacco + artibacco), but the new Patriot is a straight-up NET with no add-ons or fillers. Same tobacco as the original, but sourced differently. I, too, was skeptical, but it has surpassed V1 and I was NOT expecting that.

SERIOUSLY?!? I had no idea. Not that there is anything wrong with that :) but I never would have guessed. I'm even more eager to try V2 now.

Yeah, some NETs do have artibaccos also in them to pick up the slack. Of course you knew that, but maybe not that Patriot V1 did. The cool think about Nick is, as you pointed out yesterday about vendors that do in-house extraction, he is not worried about telling you what's up with his juices. Sure, he may not tell you the exact artificial flavor in a juice, but he'll tell you which ones have it and which ones don't. To me, the kicker is still Apple Cured with TA. I still can't taste it, but I imagine it does the juice wonders or else it wouldn't be in there.

But, yes, you should have some Patriot. I think you'll appreciate it!

Glad you like the London. I was vaping it all day today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't wait to see what you think of Paris.

After enjoying W2V Louisville yesterday, I've been vaping London today. This is a nice, rich, and straightforward tobacco. Whereas Louisville has a slight sweetness, London is smokey with a touch of spice (at least, that's impression it made after a few hours of dripping). I'm getting more Latakia than anything else, which in my experience can be a polarizing tobacco (though not as polarizing as perique). Of course I need to spend more time with it, but my first impression is that this is a fantastic choice for vapers that one a deep and full-flavored tobacco without any sweetness.

A fairly benign post coming from me tonight but what the heck.

I vaped a couple of juices thoroughly for the first time and was in love with them both. The first was Shadow by HHV. I tried a HHV juice when I first got my batch in a Mini Nova and found it to be almost ethereal in it's flavour, like something not from this planet, meaning, that I couldn't find a single reference in the world of humanly tastes and scents. I couldn't, for example, detect a particular fruit or tobacco. It's just divinely good. In my haste to try HHV I didn't take note of what juice I had stuck in my mini nova. Vaping the Shadow today I realized this was the juice I had first tried in the HHV line.

The other juices I vaped tonight was Ahlusions Carribean rum in the aromatic line. Dripped it into my phoenix with a mesh wick and it was love at first vape. I had already vaped BGB as my first experience with Ahlusion and I love this juice just as much.

The steeping process is quite fascinating. I have noticed my dark horse (which I recently spoke negatively of a few days ago for tasting like icing sugar) has just started to change colour on me. When I first vaped it was clear and now it's taking on a beige colour. Eager to try it again now that it appears to be steeping before my very eyes just in the last 2 days.

I guess that's it for me for tonight. Just wanted to share.

I haven't seen posts that compare the two, that's news to me. I already plan on getting Heavenly Army next order, if it's similar to Smooth Criminal to me I'd be very happy indeed. Isn't HA suppose to be similar to Boba's?

Sent from my LGL55C using Tapatalk 2

HA and Boba's are not similar except with respect to they both share a graham-like note. Beyond that, no. However, I could see if someone enjoyed Boba's, they could also enjoy HA. Make sense?

You must eat Tang sandwiches too. :D
