Like crap. I smoked a few of them last week, during my first week of holiday, just to blend in in the smokey pubs in Prague. The deliver the nicotine probably a good bit more efficiently than e-cigs, but at no time I went "wow this cigarette tastes great!" No way. I just smoked automatically with no regards to taste whatsoever. Felt okay, but I'm not going that road again. Actually great to figure out they doesn't have the power over me anymore... :)

Welcome back Blix. :)

Just tried some of velvet cloud vapors ice beard and wow. It's only been steeping for a day or so so it'st'll perfumy and not great, but it's still good. I've tried a couple USA blends but this is much better. Tastes like a fresh pack of menthol smokes smells.

I also have a blue beard sample to try.

Sqhertz, glad you're digging it! VCV does take a little while to steep but when it does it is a really unique brand. I am convinced that they have the only vapeable chocolate juices out there. I haven't tried Ice Beard or Blue Beard, but White Beard is a really top-notch tobacco absolute juice, and I usually loathe those.

I also adore their website with those darling watercolors. :)

That's what I was kind of getting at. I think the cigarettes here in the US are more....chemically maybe? I don't know if that's the right description. But I do remember several years ago that I ordered Russian Marlboros because they were insanely cheap, something like $9 or $10 a carton. And when I got them, they were nowhere near the same taste as the US Marlboros.

I don't know if they have their own processing and manufacturing plants or if they were made here to their specs and then shipped to there, but there was a very distinct difference in taste.
Alcohol and cigarettes are amongst top 10 most faked products in Russia and other Eastern European countries. From all analogs, Malboro is probably faked the most, because it is an iconic American brand, like Coca Cola.

Nothing to worry about, it does not taste like an analog at all. I have not found a juice that comes even faintly close to a generic analog flavor.

I think you mean that to YOU it doesn't taste like an analog... If you'd read the thread ( yes it is long )... you'd see a bunch of others that think it does although with a pipe like twist

Was I talking about somebody else? Yes, very mild, generic pipe is in there somewhere.

I finally got around to filming my Want2Vape review of Louisville, London, and Paris. The full review even has a quote from the excellent Mr. Mann. Still getting used to the new filming space. It doesn't feel comfortable to me yet...and I still need to set up my umbrella lights. As for the juices, lots of people on this thread have tried them and loved them. To me, they're some of richest and most authentic tobacco e-liquids out there -- very impressed by my first W2V experience.

Spot on review, spot on.

Louisville is my favorite, too.

Got home tonight from a trip and loaded up some BGB that has been steeping for a few weeks. My first impression (and second, third, etc.) of BGB and six other A+ aros I've tried was that they had some strange taste to them. I'm happy to say that tonight my friends... The BGB is rocking! Really enjoying this juice. it reminds me a lot of Apache, which admittedly I haven't had for over a month. It's almost a relief to me that this juice is tasting good because I had such high hopes based on opinions here. I thought something was screwed up with my taste buds. So happy I don't have to pawn this off on johni now! ;)

You guys are sure hard to catch! glad I finally joined you all.

What does a cigarette taste like? :)

Blix got it right, that's what led me to e-cigs 16 months ago, modern cigs all taste the same to some degree. Cigarettes of the 60's & early 70's, like cars during that period didn't look alike, had noticeable flavor differences, that changed with added chemicals and whatever else they deemed fit to put in their product.

This was probably all you needed to stay away for good, I smoked analogs ~38-39 years and started by stealing Pall Mall Reds (non-filter/nf) from my Paternal Grandfather. I graduated to Erick the Reds ~1975-76 (~25 cents a pack) on to Chesterfields nf then Camel nf, till they tasted like po*p. My last 6 months were between the Nat Sherman and American Spirits... still tasted bad.

Just a few more thoughts... scarf-ace you've really inspired me to try making some Tobacco maceration, I'm thinking of getting some Captain Black/white pouch since I occasionally smoked and enjoyed it. I hope it's not too sugary and becomes a Coil Gunker. On a more sensitive subject, you might try Valerian, Melatonin or Kava for your insomnia, three Natural Remedies that worked for me.

I've got two DNA20 Boggers on order, one Bottom-Feed /BF and one not, once the DNA20's arrive I'll post a photo for those interested. I also have a pre-made Bogger BF (18500), it took ~1-2 hours of trial and error, but squonking it just right isn't hard to learn, just a little squonk is all it takes. My Drip-cup doesn't fill, and if there is excess liquid, a quick swipe with a tissue resolves that problem splendidly. Right now I use Empire Mods Bridgeless 510's and they work great, I bought ~30.

I broke down and ordered a dna20 bottom-fed BB last week. I've never had a bottom-feeder but I'm hoping it'll solve my problem with a way to vape my hard-core nets. I like the flavor of them in my igo-l and ebaron drippers. Love the convenience of easy dry burning and coil cleaning or replacement, just find the dripping a hassle. So I plan to pair the bogger with a reomizer rba. In theory it seems like the perfect setup and I believe my coil making skills have evolved to a point where I can make the most of it. Just hope I can get a handle on the whole "squonking" thing.

The wait begins.

Awesome! They've been on my list to try for a while now, getting close to the top. The have several tobaccos I want to try and some non-baccos that just sound crazy good if done right.

That's good to hear. Even though Ahlusion does everything else right for me, their Chocolate Cream I didn't care for, though admittedly I haven't tried their other chocolates yet. Halo's Belgian Cocoa was the only chocolate vape that's worked for me, but one bottle was enough. Maybe VCV can fill that elusive chocolate vape void for me.
