Since this was my first order from them I only made a relatively small purchase.

[Pipe Sampler 1:"BA" Mango Vanilla]
[Pipe Sampler 2:Black Cavendish]
[Pipe Sampler 3:Coventry]

I am a big fan of another vendor who I suspect makes a NET juice but funny thing is that he refuses to acknowledge it's a NET. Thought I would branch out and give other NETs a try :).
Another Black Cavendish Brother!
Coventry is certainly next on the list but have been in the mindset of not ordering anything I haven't tasted or haven't loved.
I don't even have a horde of sample bottles or barely touched 30's, just indicative of my loyalty and one track mind.
On that note, I would say I'm a pretty good boyfriend.
Getting to the last of the Big Spirit bought on the last order roughly a month ago.
I'm staying away from cigarette blends for awhile.
Need some Cavendish plumes up in here!

I'm at three weeks now with no communication and no shipping. I'm cancelling the order and putting a thread in Negative supplier reviews. I'm not even sure if this company exists. I've heard that it's a one man show and then I've read posts in NuVapor(written by the owner Clay or whoever he is.) that supposedly this is a company with several employees, including chemists. So at best, they are horrible business people and worse, liars. Someone put on the forum the owner was sick. So he communicated to someone right? If you were the owner, wouldn't you say something more like, please let everyone know that I'm sick and not to make anymore orders from my website, or at least shut down the payment processor. And then list the steps he was going to take to resolve or at least state he will begin refund steps.

IMO what's going on is he isn't sick at all and is a one man show and miscalculated and has money in the bank he doesn't want to return and is being greedy. So he's trying to save the show by catching-up and has run out of product and has more coming but he keeps getting behind, or product he has been ordering like tobacco leaves is or was late getting to him. So now he's getting scared as he has hundreds of orders to fill so he comes up with the sick plan. The sick plan is "Always" the last resort and almost never results in a good outcome.

This might seem presumptuous to some but I've seen this on two other occasions. One where a "trusted" moderator of another unrelated forum ended-up ripping off about a hundred thousand dollars from forum members. Guess what the last excuse he made before absconding to South America. My kid is horribly sick and in the hospital.

Well, I'm not at the extreme where you are, but I'm going on about 6 weeks with no communication either. I'll give it another week or two then I'll be cancelling as well and taking business elsewhere.

I'm a little jaded when it comes to this stuff. It's so easy to update one's customers that to not do it is absurd. All one has to do is make an email and send to everyone on the email list. Even if this guy really messed-up and said hey, I completely underestimated my product to customer ratio and i'm way behind on orders. You're order won't ship for 6 weeks. I'd be fine with that. But to not communicate in any way and wow! 6 weeks, that's really patient.

where's the Negative Supplier reviews, I want to add to it!

I only ordered some samples to test his product, but I'm happy with other vendors and have a good supply for now. His NET may be great, but the trade off of customer service at this point isn't worth it.

I had placed an order on 1/17/2014 and received it on 3/03/2014

Something just over six weeks and am very happy with the product.

Even though some communication could have been better during the process I am
more than satisfied with them now. An apparently sincere handwritten note was penned
upon the shipping invoice including a nice gift.

I will happily order from them again.

I'll give it 48 more hours before I contact my bank. If he is on these forums which I assume he is as I see a lot of low post good comments about N.E.T...... please PM me and give me something I can live with. If you make good on the order and do something to recover your rep, I'll reverse my stand and update the posts I've made.

my order was on January 24th....still no email or product...{MODERATED}

Voicing an opinion/complaint about order delays is one thing, (and I see that you have already found the correct place to do so) however, bad mouthing and name calling is an entirely different story and totally uncalled for.

This post has been reported to the proper authorities.

IMO he properly labeled a seller who won't return communication, won't ship orders and lies about his business operation. He won't post a general message on any of the forums, "supposedly" is sick but is "supposedly" shipping product but won't communicate except through IMO, shills. If there is anyone that deserves a little name calling it's this dude.
