Gonna nuke the blueberry in a bowl, let it cool and then put it back in the bottle and see how it tastes then. It might be the alcohol which gives it such a strange taste. Will let you guys know.

No need to nuke... may change the chemical structure or something!
Just take off the drip tip top and let it air overnight... with a little swirling motion once in a while...
And remember to use it up fast after the alcohol is gone since there won't be much preserving going on anymore!
Better yet, just drip into whatever bottle you are going to fill and aerate that way and keep the rest preserved

I have left the cap off for 3 days and I still taste the alcohol. So I ended up nuking it for 15 secs and mixed it again. Letting it sit and cool by itself right now. If anything like most have already said just finding the Malt was enough to know that is a must have so far.

Other users have just nuked the flavoring in a bowl to get rid of the Alcohol so Im not really concerned of changing anything since it has been done over and over by others.

I think these flavors need like double the usual amt of flavoring and I'm ok with that because I like thinner juice. If your not liking a flavor maybe try that before you cap it and forget about it. I know I ad a lot because I keep smelling it and tasting and pretty soon I have no more room in my 10 mil tall beaker thing. I'm very slap dash with all this though and I'm not one to wait for steeping, maybe three days but I WILL LEARN! Just learning relationships with flavors first. If it smells super concentrated go easy. Some of mine seem to smell pretty close to what I want right out of the flavor bottle and alcohol doesn't bother me I know it's alcohol and will evaporate. Tis ALL just a newbie thinking out loud but I've made thre good vapes. Better than I've made before. Maybe luck. Like the chai tea needed 20% and all by itself ws still just a little on the weak side Of course I like strong, and I'm 60 our sense of smell deteriorates with age. Plus every bodies preferences are going to be different. I do know blueberry went fine with some Belgian waffle I had laying around premade. I added it to that and it was fine. When I added it to cake batter it was not salve stable. Why one bakery and not the others. Vanilla ruined a 3 ml mix so I just dumped it and put the vanilla away. I think vanilla is a complicated flavor now...cake batter too! How this mind works. It's so very inexpensive to play. I'm a little like a bull in a china shop with it. If I got strong super strong flavors I'd probably slap my hand and settle down

Actually I hit like but I didn't mean to. No huge deal but with 47 thousand posts and 15 or 16 flavors I think a lot of people are going to just say...oh...ok natures flavors suck. i myself want a little more verification about your likes and dislikes on these flavors if that serves a purpose for you. If not I'm going to make up my own mind still just because it cant be said enough how subjective these things are. My fix is going a lot stronger. I've been really feeling punk with a nasty tooth extraction, actually two so I'm touchy but I wish somebody with your status would be more careful with judgement. Yeah. I'm touchy. Oh well I still think I have a valid point
The Malt is a good mixer and the Chai is tasty. Nothing else I like.

Not a recipe yet because I'm still working with % and haven't named it lol . When I first received mine, initially I just put 6 drops of each in my 5 ml bottle of nic base:

NF Cookie Dough
NF Kona Cream
NF Marshmallow
NF Coffee
NF Choc. Fudge

Pretty tasty now that's it's been several weeks since I first mixed it up:)

For this one I just put 8 drops of each in 3 ml bottle of nic base:

NF Kona Cream
NF Marshmallow
EM sweetner (only 3 drops)

Edit: when I put "drops" in a 1 ml syringe, 10 drops was .3 ml
So for another "recipe" I put

.6 ml (was 20 drops) of NF Coffee in a 3ml bottle of nic base and it's a good plain coffee vape :)

Salem brought this up in the ECX thread and was wondering what you guys think. I am getting a weird undertone on most of the flavors and not really sure if its the alcohol. I did evaporate the butterscotch and I still taste it. The thing is that the Malt, Kona, Creams, Butterscotch, Cake Batter all have that same creaminess taste to it. There is very little difference to me between these cause they taste almost too similar but in the same sense have a small note to them thats sets it apart. I really like the Malt, Chai Tea, Bavarian Cream.

I haven't done any "evaporating." I didn't get any weird alcohol or odd smells/tastes from mine. . . (except for the Honey which is bizarre and way too potent, with a perfumey smell, and probably won't be using the honey in any of my vapes.)

I got my NF's from HighDesert and EcigEx and just shake the heck out of the bottles and started mixing up my batches.

I don't have Malt, Buttersccotch or Cake Batter (didn't get in on the co-op) and don't see these listed on the vendors I bought from :( but these sound good and hope I can get some in the near future from somewhere lol.

I have experienced the same chemical/undertone with the NF extracts I purchased. I only purchased 3. Kona cream, caramel creme and butterscotch. All share the same undertone. It is not fading away with steep time. Just my observation. I really wanted to like these flavors. I am going to add some sweet cream to these flavors to see if I can mask that undertone/chemical taste.
