Okay well after a year of trying I've given up! There's one juice that has been my all day vape for the past 2 years. It's sold by fat panda and it's called ¥that 80's juice lime sweet geeks " I got into diy mixing a year ago strictly to try and come up with a clone variant of this (it tastes like lime nerds candy). Problem is, I'm just not very good at mixing anything other then single flavours. And my palate just isn't able to pick out multiple notes. It has this amazing bright sweet powerful tangy lime taste to it that literally does taste just like the candy. With just a hint of tart sour to it. I've spent hundreds of dollars over time on various flavourings and it's always been an epic fail. A lot of recipes for needs call for sweet and tart and sour. But every time I've tried sweet and tart I get this chalky powdery taste. I've tried almost every lime concentrate and even tried lemon Lime concentrates. Sadly I'm just got able with my abilities to build a recipe that even comes close with that delicious tang. Best way to describe the tangy flavour would literally be the sharp tang in a glass of "tang" or "sunny a" but lime flavoured. I've made some great sweet lime mixes but nothing that has given me that tangy zip. So I thought I would turn to the mixers on here for some help with a recipe. Sweet geeks is my holy grail of flavours. But I just don't seem to have the experience or ability to duplicate on my own. Can anyone help a fellow vaper out! I think I might have better luck if at the least I have an actual recipe to start with that might get me in the ball park. Heck I'll even mail a fellow Canadian a bottle of sweet geeks if it helps crack the code so to speak.

Yeah I tried and still have sweet and tart. But it imparted a chalky flavour(maybe I was using it wrong?) pixy sticks I haven't been able to find but read it also has that powdery chalky flavour, gummy candy I tried and wasn't even close. I do have rainbow drops, I've tried multiple mixes with that to avail, though I do make skittles juice now and again. I'm going to be ordering some TFA energy drink because I hear it tastes like sweet tarts but probably without the chalk taste. But other then that I'm at a real loss. Worst part is it's not an expensive premium brand of e juice so I'm sure it's not a complex mix. My brain just sucks at picking out flavours and knowing what effects what in which way. I'm even eating nerds right now hoping it might help lol.

I've come close at times using 7 percent sweetner and 1 percent flv lime and adding a little sour to the mix. But it's that in your face tangy zing I can't seem to get. I don't know if there's an additive or a flavour that really gives that tangy zing. One tired google searching how get more tang in e juice but never really got any hits. Perhaps I need to to simplify this first by asking if anyone knows how to impart some real tang into a e juice. My flv lime. It's really hard to describe it unless one actually tastes the juice. But it's just so lip smacking tangy sweet. That's the major part I came seem to find.

Maybe you need something like the following. It's definitely got a serious tang and zing to it! If it came in even a 8-10mL bottle or vial somewhere, even that amount would likely last a DIYer a lifetime of vaping. The 30mL bottle was the only size available when I bought mine.

In fact...if I were you, I'd use it by just the drop at a time in a mix and test it as you go. Don't even think about using the amounts shown for making a batch of hard candy...in your eliquids!

LorAnn Tart & Sour

I'm sure some vendors in Canada must carry it, too.

This is an OLD recipe (2012) created by @tc1; but it was one of my early mixing experiments. It had too much bite for me, so I mixed it only once, and went a different direction. But, the "bite" (reminiscent of the citrus oil "burn" too much zest can impart) is forever seared into my memory. The recipe is:
Ecto-1 by tc1

It was developed as citrus fruit punch. So, the "punch" part may need to be dialed back a bit, for your own goals. you may also need to add an extra lime component to make it more lime-centric. But, it might be worth a small tester. It also has the added benefit of using long-existing, readily available, concentrates (typical in older commercial e-liquids).

I also agree with @JCinFLA's suggestion, of trying LorAnn's (LA) Tart & Sour, if you haven't already. I much prefer it to TFA;s Sweet & Tart. Sweet % Tart was designed to mimic the little Smarties candies:

So, it is not the least bit surprising to me, that it is coming across as "chalky to you.

One other newer flavor (probably not used in the commercial version) is Wonder Flavours (WF, a Canadian mfg.) Sour Ball Candy. Some have reported success using this in various sour candy recipes. I have yet to try this one; so I can't offer a personal opinion.
