oh and the only thing that would need to be kept in the refrigerator would be real lemon or lime juice, anything else is fine at room temperature (such as malic acid, sweetners, etc).

4grams = 1 teaspoon, so I use 1/2 teaspoon for 10ml pg (20%). Some only do 1/4 teaspoon (10%) - i like it stronger then I can use less of it to get the same effect in my DIY - just whichever you prefer.

Thanks for the ratios. If it were left to me I'd have first tried an equal amount of PG to citric acid powder, which may have been a little too concentrated, or may not have dissolved properly. Although that would certainly have meant I'd need only a few drops in a bottle of juice.
