You can use a product called Fluval. It is a filter material used for aquariums. They sell it in pet stores. I tried using poly fill material they use for stuffing pillows but it was a little too dense when wet to let air pass through.
Cut a small piece just big enough to touch the bridge and the top of the atty. You don't want it tight at all. Very loosely fit is what you want.
So how is the new vaping with the AFS going? Hope you are having good success with it.

I got some white, porous fluval filter and installed it in my new AFS last night. Tried to master setting the afs from IMEO's videos.
So far, this is great!
I installed my 18650 battery to conserve the afs atty until I can get some more (from Rob I assume).
I may trim down the filter a bit tonight and try that too but now I am getting long, smooth draws and no leaks!
I am having a lot of symptoms from the PG I think and hope they go away soon. If not has anyone tried some pg/vg mix in the afs or is it too thick to work?

I have been using a VG diluted from Totally Wicked... here is what I use... . It is not too thick for the afs. Give it a try and I hope you get over that soon. What are you symptoms?
You can use some VG and thin it out with some distilled water especially if you don't use PG. Just be careful not to let it get too thin.

He has given me lots of great ideas so I am going to start from scratch AGAIN tomorrow. Will let you know.
