The only way I got their attention was to go on their site and kept sending them requests for RMA numbers to authorize returning the product. I mean I just kept typing and typing requests, at least 6 or 7 times in a row. I finally heard back from them the next day. Then the problem turned to waiting over a month for the actual refund!?!?!?!?!?

lol, I had an issue with them a while back when I was deciding which brand to go with.

(by the way and unrelated, I've settled on purchasing a liberation Jr. Black, once Greg's (Liberate_Yourself) vaporjuice supplies come in, Greg's been very courteous with me so far! Kudos!).

Back when I was researching makes and models, I contacted e-puffer to request if I could see their product. They told me their Headquarters are in the US, and their product is in their warehouse in Canada, and that I wouldn't be permitted in the Warehouse.

...?

Headquarters in a country other than where the product is? Not allowed to see the product before purchasing? To me that wreaks of intentional rip-off.

Not to mention, it took about a week for them to answer my request.

I don't always need a viewing of the product... if the supplier already has a reputation for quality and courteousness, then I'll buy without viewing.
But I had heard some bad things about e-puffer... so I needed to check the product myself before agreeing to purchase.

Being told I was not allowed to see the e-puffer product was the final straw. I knew then that they are deliberately scamming customers.

So far, I've gotten prompt and courteous responses from Greg at SmokeLiberation, Ben at VaporNine, and a couple of companies that aren't affiliated with this site.
I've decided to go with SmokeLiberation first.

Reputation and courteousness goes a long way.

I'm dizzy from all the reviews and opinions that I've been reading over the past week and I need some help to sort all of the info that everyone has posted.

I'm in southern Ontario and I'm looking for an e-cig that actually looks like a cig (not one of the black ones). I'm used to smoking a "light" (although the govt. says we can't call it that anymore) cigarette that lists the nicotine as 0.9 to 2.4mg. (For the Canadians out there.....Pl****s Light with the sailor on the pack.) What strength of cartridge to I purchase????

Everyones negative comments about ePuffer have steered me away from them. Here's who I've been debating over...
-Smiokestick.ca....Sent email last week but haven't heard back yet.
-ecigarettecanada.com...suddenly their website is down!?
-purcigarette.com...just sent them email question this morning.

Where do I turn for a good product, prompt service and reasonable shipping fee? I'd prefer to order from a Canadian company but if I have to order from a company in the U.S. what sort of shipping costs are we looking at and do I pay duty when I recieve it?

Please help me get my life back from this nasty habit!!!
