...are there two parts to this question...it is confusing as typed...BUT, on the first part, what kinda PG/VG ratio is your juice...PG gives great flavor but much less vapor...also a cart/carto if overfilled will not produce as much vapor...is there any gurgling sound???...if so, take it off the PV, give it a blow to clear the center air channel or excess juice off the atty, reattach and vape......

If you are useing the supplied atty just switch to a carto.. Atty's have never been my friend.. Lol
and not knowing any better when i ordered my juice i went back and checked i ordered it pg it offered pg or vg or a mix
Does the Vapor feel warm? Are you getting a Throat Hit? If so, everything is probably working fine and, I would guess, the eliquid has a high PG to VG ratio. Try ordering some eliquid with a higher VG amount (50\50 or 70(Vg)\30(pg) to try.

You have a new E-Power 14650. hopefully with the blue switch.
You have battery installed. Fits the same way as a standard flashlight.
Plastic clip over power switch removed.
Intalled a filled cartomizer. Which carto? Is the carto fully filled? Hold the carto up to a light after filling. If you have fluid in the hollow that runs through the carto you will get a hard draw and little vapor. Blow out the carto onto some paper towel or kleenex if the air passage is blocked.
Which juice, and what is the PG/VG mix?
E-Power 14650 is manual draw. Hold down the power switch a second before you draw and while you draw. It doesn't require a very hard draw.

I don't know who you got your kit from BUT, the dual coils may be the problem...personally, I don't like dual coils on a 3.7v pv(like the E-P)...they give a generally cooler vape with not as much vapor as say, a 1.7ohm single coil like the Resurrectors(smoktech carto)...with the dual coils, try holding the button down for a second orso BEFORE you start to draw so as, to give the coils time to heat up and get to cooking...I find that help vapor production quite a bit......

Yes, single coil cartos work best with the E-Power 14650. Especially LR cartos like the Smoktech 1.7 and 2.0 LR XL.

I believe you bought the E-Power 14650 from Hoosier? If you did, the cartos included inside the E-Power brown box are Smoktech single coil 2.0 ohm LR XL.
...you have two basic vapor production problems here...one is the dual coils...try the fix I mentioned above(or the 1.7ohm sc cartos) and an all PG juice, which doesn't make loads of vapor in the first place...in the future, try juices with at least 20/30% VG in them for better vapor production...personally, I LOVE the vapor and use a 60% and 85% VG juices and make huge clouds of vapor............

p.s. and yes, I use those high PG juices in a carto(1.7ohmXL Smoktech, the Resurrectors) and have no problems at all with the 60%juice, either, filling, topping up or wicking...I do need to use a syringe to fill with the 85% juice and topping off does take a little longer but it wicks just fine..........mj
Ah, OK. What madjack said about dual coils on the E-Power 14650 is spot on. The LR dual coils work, but still don't produce as much vapor on this 3.7V pv as LR single coil.
Maybe it has to get going for a bit. Make sure the carto is completely filled. I've used dual coil cartos and I vape all PG juice and usually don't have any issues with that type of setup.
