The 36 is fine.

Are you sure you have the cartomizer filled completely? All pg juice is easier to fill but it still takes time for it to be completely absorbed in the cartomizer. When I use all pg juice, I try to fill it slowly. Add about 10 drops or so, let it sit and wait until it's absorbed, add 10 more drops. Continue to do this until the cartomizer doesn't take any more juice. Then let it sit for 10-15 minutes. If it's not slushy looking on top, add a couple more drops.

Sometimes it takes awhile for the carto to get warmed up and get going.

You should do fine with dual coil. I was surprised at how much e-liquid was needed to fill a brand new carto. I add the drops by bottle to the carto. When the top of the filler looks like a slushie, set the carto down upright on a sheet of kleenex or paper. Wait a minute or so and repeat. When a couple of drops of e-liquid run out the bottom of the carto to the paper you can be pretty sure the carto is filled. Add a drop or two and check again, then check to make sure the air passage is clear. Then you are ready to go and can put the carto onto the E-Power.

One other thing to check, and I've mentioned this before, but seems like it isn't as big of an issue as I want to make it. : )

But, if your batteries are not fully charged, it makes a HUGE difference in vapor. And, if you just received the PV then you might not have FULLY charged them as you would have wanted to "hit that baby" as soon as you got it. They do come charged, but not fully. I just started using dual coil cartos and I can tell after just an hour or two of use (starting fully charged) that the vapor amount drops significantly. I'd do what all the pros here are recommending, but while you're waiting on new 1.7 cartos etc... in the mail, charge that puppy for a good 8 hours, then hit it. : /

well i'm a heavy smoker

Also, I smoked Marlboro Blues and felt like I needed the "similar" nic dose and purchased 24mg. 2 days ago I received 16mg and enjoying the nic feeling I get from it, without the jitters. 36mg pretty darn high, Mang.

larry from vikingvapor just called me back i did get the all pg so i guess it will just have less vapor production i'm playing around with everyones input to see how it goes

I vape only VG and get tons of vapor. The 70vg30pg mix I tried gave me a soar throat, so I'm avoiding PG in general.

i'm assuming lr single coils are the small e-cig cartridges?
@ madjack i was looking at smoktech and don't see the Resurrectors

...small ecig cartos like those for the Blus are not LR(low resistance...below 2.4ohms)...the Resurrector is the name given by Andrew at crystalclearvaping.com(CCV) to the Smoktech 1.7ohm XL carto(these are low resistance cartos)...they are sold by several vendors under that name but, only at CCV as the Resurrector.....

low resistance(LR)=2.4ohms and under...meant for 3.2v-4.2v PVs rated a for at least 450mah and higher(eGo/Riva/Kgo/E-Power and most single batt mods)
standard/regular resistance(SR)=2.5-3.2ohms...meant for less powerfull PV(3.2v-3.7v under 450mah...Blu sized) or for higher voltage PVs(4.2v up)(I know it sound contradictory but, it is not...it's an electrical thingy)
high resistance(HR or HV)=above 3.2ohms, meant for higher voltage vaping(5v-7.4v)

Fully charged by the E-Power 14650 charger the 14650 should read somewhere between 4.10 and 4.17VDC. New batteries may be a little discharged: typically 3.8-4.0V. That's OK, but not a full charge. You will get a low voltage indication on the E-Power 14650 switch before the voltage is too low to operate the E-Power. The switch light will stay on solid for several seconds after you press the power button.

With the blue LED switch module you can run the battery down to less than 3.4V before the low battery indication appears or the E-Power stops working. Then it's time to recharge.

If the protected Li-ion battery is not fully charged you can recharge it without damage. No need to wait before it gets down to below 3.4V.
