You could also try to ungunk it in an ultrasonic cleaner - works for me!

Thought I had a mini, turns out the guy I bought it from on the classies sent me a short.
I've been waiting for parts for it, and 17 days later I get them. Nope, those mini parts just don't fit.

Hi Jim,
This is NOT your fault. I bought a did from someone else who said it was a mini- not you. So when I needed new parts, I ordered mini parts. I now know that I have a short did, not a mini did-so I ordered the wrong parts. This is my first did, so I didn't know better until today.
The shipping time isn't anyone's fault either, I just waited for the wrong parts, and I know it's going to be a while still until I can get the right ones.
I forgot to say that POLDIAC will be perfectly fit with the DID when we replace the bottom connector
and of course will have a stainless steel costum out of the pyrex with slices to see inside!
Because we need compatibility !!!
Save money for this mounth end! lol

My Did set up and why.
Standard did. Reason. Was the only one made at time of purchase.

Prefer to use original negative lock down.
Stays secure all the time even when cleaning wick and coil.
More room to wrap coil.
Wick size.
I leave some room in hole. ( not a tight fit)
Can fill through fill hole without wick acting like a volcano
With 2/3 wrap coil about 1.3 ohms
Less chance for short to base
One top screw
Correct hight foe 2/3 wrap
More room to loosen nut without it falling off (experience no difference in vape)
2/3 wrap. Warm quick vape
Great on 3.7 volt mech.
Fill screw in. I fill about 3/4 so I can lay down if i want.
Use 400 mesh with 32 gauge wire.
Been using set up for a long time only Change was ss. Due to I broke brass.
Simple and reliable. Best thing I ever got.
I am just bored at the hotel. Thought I'd share.
