Your right there Lexi - there is a whole list of juices that are known to crack Orion Tanks.
Ok everyone - not to make anyone feel bad or to sound pompous - BUT - if your DID is not working well or anyone is having issues with flavor or vapor. - It is always user error - not the DID
Keep trying you will get it. Someday you will throw a wick and coil together right away like I do. My first genisis last yr - took me TWENTY mesh and coil and I was in a fit of rage the entire few days I fooled with.
Persevere - its really worth it. My 2 cents

My friends, I have some bad news. My luck has not good in passed days and I make some mistakes.
Big problem now with new courier service for delivery -TNT and my assistant who send the orders
is now very sick and does not be at work. All orders until today will go with TNT
I have now to make and send all orders myself a few days. NO TIME.
I will try not to close the website for new orders for 1 week so
for me to catch them up.
I am so sorry to you all but no possible way. Please be patience with me and I
will be good again in 1 week and open site again for new
orders. Other orders already placed need 1 more week to send. I can not do other way.
My assistant also make it very big mistake on website but my blame for no
see for myself. 6 euro delivery charge for regular delivery
must not be charged. I'm so so sorry but some people pay this already
and I must fix the site. For the people who pay the extra 6 euro
to me I cannot fix but I will thinking how to make give you back something for this.
I will do so because not fair for other people.

Jim, I can't speak for everyone but frankly I doubt most people would care about the 6 euros considering the difficulties you're having. Particularly since the DID is such an amazing device at a very fair price to begin with. I think it says a lot about your integrity that you would let us all know something like this and it shows how important it is to you that customers be dealt with fairly. I tip my hat to you sir.

is there any sites that sell a clear body for the DID? If Jim made one I'd order from him(hint hint)

Dumb question (and yes I'm sure it's due to my user error): I have a nicely seasoned wick but occasionally flavor just goes away. I've tried different flavors, different voltage (3.3v to 5.0v) and different draw styles. Eventually flavor comes back and all is happy till the next time. Any idea what causes this or a tip for making it go away?

- with fat hole (tried with & without thin seasoned center wick)
- used 25mm 325 SS T-316 (oxidized: 3x water quench + 3x juice burn)
- a 4/5 wrap of K32A-1 that glows evenly/nicely (not touching bottom of tank or center post)
- has a stabilized resistance ~2.4ohm (no Provari "E" errors)
- makes good vapor (50pg/50vg)

Dry burn it and quench it in cold water out of the faucet. Pat wick dry with paper towel do and it again a couple more times.
Another week until being shipped. I'm bummed. I've been looking for this type of atomizer for a while now, then find the DID, with all the great reviews, I think great, so place my order. I watch for the order to change, then I see that it has changed to "Processed" yesterday, so think, great, it'll be shipping soon. Now to hear this news is disappointing.
No worries though. I've waited this long, another week won't kill me, I'll survive. I can understand the difficulties you mentioned Jim. You need to take care of business and your workers.

I feel your pain. In my experience, the Greek shippers seem to be able to get things to New York in only a couple days (even though that leg of the journey is about a billion miles) and then the USPS folks sit in a circle, scratching there heads, and making pseudo intellectual comments about the the cool Greek stamps for about 10 days before realizing the package needs to go somewhere. Apologies if any USPS folks are reading this, but it took 2 days Greece to NY and then 2 weeks for my shipment to go from NY to Philly (which I could've driven in a little over an hour...)

I'm vaping amaretto stone sour right now with my DiD. Not too shabby of a flavor and the family loves the aroma.i have a pineapple orange diy you can put in a polly tank and instantly watch the tank "spider web".
a amaretto sour stone from TV cracked my Orion tank before i could even wrap a coil.

Ok Ok, This gosh darn DID, that's right, I am cursing this DID for giving me a new addiction. Yes, My name is Rick and I am a coil addict. I have become a mad scientist!!!!! My desk looks like something from a horror movie!! My wife can hear chants of "ITS ALIVE, ITS ALIVE, and glowing on points," as another successful coil wrapped and glowing prepares itself for my vaping machinations. But wait, one more wrap and I might get my OHMS to rise a little higher. I will be right there hon, just one more multifaceted, multilayer, perfectly oxidized wick to make, then we can sit and watch a movie together......., but wait, I detect the dreaded HOT_SPOT, hold everything, I must operate immediately lest I lose the perfect vaping snark, can"t, won't, have that!! Enough writing, just received my 500 feet of Kanthal, no time to spare...gotta go!!!

I have to tip the atty upside down about 1 in every 10 draws. It depends upon how fast I've vaping, and how thick the ejuice is. The juice I'm vaping now is a bit thicker vg, yet I only have to tip it about 1x every 5 hits.
You'll soon learn to distinquish the super wet draw from the drying draw.
I've never ever yet hit a sudden dry like I do with my Zenesis Standard. Thank God!!
