Brass is the softer metal and should not hurt the DID stainless male connector , you can try penetrating oil in small cup and let it sit then cover with rag and use channel lock type pliers but just get that on to grip it over the rag to turn do not grip it to point it mashes it you just want firm grip to turn it.Thanks all,I think the stainless steel threads have bitten into the brass roller connector as it was tight screwing it down.

Can you upload a photo of it so I have a better idea of how it's all fused together, that might help us work out another solution for you if freezing it fails.
Its just like in Jims picture Rick and the freezing did not work unfortunately .
Thanks Tony mine is the recessed connector so those grooves are under the threads not sticking out like the classic connector. The Did is vaping like a train on the roller though![]()
Keep your teeths and do not listen to Tony!
Please try to heat only the brass with a lighter wile you slowly turn around the stuck parts!
then put water in your siringe and let drops fall in the center - positive pole and try to unscrew with gloves
or second do what I posted before!!
My wishes!!
I hope it works!!
Thanks Jim, I am trying everything![]()
