Wow! Nice, your right about the looks. Looks like combo is matched perfectly. And the ease of setup a huge plus. Nice and clean! I had a chance to get the nimbus tonight I hope I don't regret passing it up... My buddy did get his so I will try it out. Thanks for the reply. I hope down the road to be able to have a bit more mods to choose from and be able to even start to compare to you and cloud and some of the other greats brilliant collections.

Hey Cloud, another question I meant to ask you is about the poldiac. There is a copper looking case I see on some posts.. Really like it. Was wondering if that's something that becomes available from time to time? Or is it a thing of the past. Special edition of sorts? Would love to have all 3 mix and match on my 18650! Wow! :))) that would be boss

You are very welcome my Friend, yes I have to say thus far I do love this dripper. I just picked it up on Saturday so it still has the test of time to go through. If there is anything I do know for a fact it is this......

If and When Jim comes up with a Dripping Atomizer for the DID Line. It Will Be the most Functonal, easy to use and EPIC Dripping atomizer of ALL Time!

Welcome to the MM Vapors Family here on ECF my Friend;

I think your talking about what folks refer to as "clothes". Shirt (classic or slotted) goes over button tube and pants (matched to 18350, 18500 or 18650 batt tubes) go over the battery tube. They all come in polished or satin SS and polished Brass. Hlias posts announcements when restocks are available. I do remember seeing a custom set of Copper clothes on FB (if I remember correctly Freddie had made them) but it wasn't a standard MMV accessory.

Yeah, that's sounds about right to what I saw. And answers my question. They are custom. Nice look I have to say. Congrats to him on the creativity. Poldiac is so killer! I would like to see some more MM variations made avaiible In the future. Like other metals/finishes and engraving. But no
Complaints here. :) just vaping big clouds all day!

Thanks Devon, the MM DID Dripper!!! That Would be a answer to my dreams!! I have been wondering about that.. I'm ready right now to throw down full deposit! Dripping is not going anywhere. It is just getting more and more popular everyday. I'm sure he would sell a few hundred of those no problem right out the gate.
I have been thinking of getting a 18350 to carry around with me so I don't always have this big ol 650 on me.. I kinda like the reverse Freddy look but am
Curious about the satin brass clothes , is that something folks are doing themselves? So just order the spare parts and do it myself? Thinking it will hold up a bit better as far as finishes, I don't question the actual poldiac. Just that the polish will get scratched up so better off with the satin look for a pocket carry.

At this point MMVapors does not do the satin brass tubes any more, brass is a softer metal than stainless steel and the satin brass will become "polished" by using it way too fast and this is not the standard of quality that MMVapors stands for hence the choice not to restock them.

Once you fight through all the "forget about it's" it is actually a really good video. :p

I have to admit, I had not even though of putting NoAlox on my threads and such with my Poldiac, but this reminded me that I had some and it truly does make a noticeable difference. The important thing to take away from this though is that it does NOT take much at all. Please be sure not to over do it with the conductive lubricant. If you use too much of tis stuff you can run the risk of making a dead short somewhere which we all know is very very bad for your health and for your mod. :D

Hope everyone is having a Great Day;
Sincerely;
Nate

Can't watch him! Sorry, I guess I just don't "get" him. Maybe with the sound turned off .... hmmm.
LOL, takes some getting used to but I like Bish so I find his demeanor funny (and he does know what he's doing)

Agreed (although I don't mind the "fugetaboutits") he really does a complete job. Only thing I would really recommend is to install the brass holder ring while the button tool is in and then reassemble the rest of the switch.

It's so hard to get off once you put it on, I'm weary of using Noalox. I might try and find some of the "A" he showed (looked like a thinner/clearer grease than I have). I do think it would slow down the tarnishing so maybe less frequent cleanings required or maybe it comes off in the ultrasonic?

Not sure if the NoAlox comes off with the ultrasonic but I do know it comes off very easily with toothpaste and a soft bristled toothbrush. That is what I use to clean all of my devices inside and out. All threads, connections and insides of tubes get a thorough cleaning about once a month with a soft bristled toothbrush and some toothpaste. Thorough wash with as warm a water as I can stand and then a good microfiber drying which also polishes everything that is polished up and does not affect the satin look on the other parts.

I like Bishop, he is a Riot to watch and yes, he really does have a good working knowledge of many devices. Not fond of super sub ohm coils myself but he sure loves them LOL.

Hope everyone is well :D
Sincerely;
Nate

Great tutorial, thanks for posting!!! Poldiac Brass Mod Review & Cleaning - YouTube

Yeh, I have a hard time with the over usage of "fuggetaboutitttt" too, but I must admit, I lost my tolerance long ago with Smokey's videos. Overheard the expression.
But the tutorial was great! I never thought of using the bottom plate for the top. I'll give it a go with my next thorough cleaning. (should have been last week, so hopefully by next week...
