The AC passthrough on the GGTS is fantastic - plumes of consistant vapour. Wish I'd had this months ago...
Release from continual battery charging, just charge the batteries for when you need to go out and about..
It adds to the case over value for money. Think how much an additional passthrough would cost you together with one of the other higher voltage mods.

Two parts of the passthrough come with the GGTS as standard.
1. a rod that fits inside the chamber of the GGTS which makes the connection between both end caps.
2. a special end cap which allows connection to an AC/DC adaptor or USB
I payed extra to have a AC/DC adaptor when I ordered from from Imeo direct back in November because for me this was the most important reason to justify my upgrade from GG Trans to the GGTS.
I would check with Lisa about whether you will get the AC/DC adaptor as standard (I didn't).

I guess in the end, if I "hopefully" enjoy vaping and get off the analogs, then using an AC device would be the most cost effective, and then I can concentrate on how to manage battery power when going mobile. I'm sure any adapter would be an added cost, but would pay for itself in little time, and less chance of a "face blow-up"!
I need to correct you here, Vaughanie, NO parts of the AC passthrough come with the GGTS as standard. They are an additional option only. You paid for the entire option as an extra.
Lisa I didn't see the pass through option on your site. Is it available now or will it come later?
I don't have it yet, but it's coming soon.
The GGTS comes as illustrated on my website - no passthrough stuff included with the standard system.
No USB option vapn, the optional passthrough kit is via an outlet plug, it outputs 5v DC at 2 amps, i think usb is 1-1.5 amps max, it's a great piece of kit
Awesome!!! That does sound good! A TRUE 5v device then... That is way better than the Prodigy's "Sweet Spot" or any other such USB 5v device that only puts out 1-1.5 amps....It starts at 5v and stays there. The TS is going to be end all be all device... No need for batteries while at the house and ANY battery while away from the house.

I should add that it's not USB and does need to be connected to the mains. I discussed this with Imeo at the time and he wasn't happy about providing a true USB device since he considered that it wouldn't be as reliable as a passthrough connected to an AC outlet.
Another boon is to have the consistency of vapour without the issue of battery declining voltage.

Excellent points, I would be interested in this as well, after trying my first device for the reasons you list, avoiding batteries in the first place for both saving money, time, and safety, besides the consistency of the voltage, hence vaping.

After over a month of use i must say that i wont leave my house without the GG Slim, It is by far the most sexy, smallest easy to use mod i have used and never misfires at all! Im so impressed i hope to buy a brass one next! Just wanted to let you all know what i feel about it after trying other 3.7 mods..... There is nothing like it out there in my book! Great stuf IMEO~ I gave it a good cleaning with some polish and man let me tell you, this thing looks like a gleaming gem!

I was just gonna buy the GG Slim. But i see that i can have the GGTS at about the same size in 3.7 v. It's a pitty cloud9 doesnt have any in stock...I guess ill have to wait in order to own the 1st GG in Portugal!

Hey Portguy, Nice to see portugal around here, I will be in portugal in 2 weeks on business and visited a few times in the past. I am a wine consultant and importer/distributer of wines from around the world but we are the largest importer of portugese wine nationally. Are you from Porto? Just curious....

We import a brand called Casal Garcia vinho verde which is our largest seller here in nyc from portugal, also offley port ruby and tawny. Are you familiar with these brands at all? Sorry im off the GG topic here, i will private message you next time friend!
