New JF Etter survey

JF Etter of Geneva is conducting a new survey, this time on smoking / smoking cessation and sexual function. You are invited to participate:

His recent survey on e-cigarette use, with 3,500 respondents, was the largest to have taken place and provides useful data, especially with regard to the efficacy of e-cigarettes for smoking replacement.

If you want to discuss it here, then sure. If you would like to take part in the survey, then please follow the link and fill in the questionnaire. It is being carried out by Dr JF Etter of the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Dr Etter has published several studies in the area of e-cigs; we regard him as open-minded on the subject and interested in science-based / evidence-based answers.

His last survey had 3,500 respondents, which is probably a record, and provides some useful data. It is possible that this time round, there will not be quite so many respondents (unless the French are involved of course).

Survey seemed a little odd at times, probably due to translation, but completed

The survey seemed odd because I don't know if the questions about "smokeless tobacco" or NRT included e-cigarettes or not. I don't consider pv's to be either one, but switzerland may have different definitions.

I took it, and I'm now feeling pretty good about myself.

Survey taken. Smokeless tobacco usually refers to chew, snus, and things like that. I wouldn't consider e-cigs in that category.
