New mod style.....STONE!!

So....I've been collecting for a while for both form and functionality. The aesthetics that you see in alotta mods are simply beautiful. I've been really intrigued with all the different mediums that people use to create their work (i.e. copper, brass, ss, wood, ceramic (emma, tahiti, darang atty)). I especially love wood because of the different grains, especially burl and flamed maple.

So what I'm getting at, does anybody know of anyone that produces in hardware made of stone such as marble, jade, opal, and the like? It could really create some beautiful pieces.

I know for some applications it could be difficult, such as mech mods. But I could easily see it being usable for something like the side panel for a box mod.

Anybody got any ideas?

Stone wouldn't be a mod you'd want in your pocket all day. But sitting in the easy chair puffing away would be OK. Seen plenty of marble and stone pipes and lighters and such, why not a mod.

I think they'd look awesome but would be worried about dropping it, the way I see them being made, they surely shatter into a thousand pieces

Would be awesome, look and feel of stone are nice...but as everyone else has stated, too fragile for hauling around.

Soap stone? I've purchase tobacco pipes while in Mexico on vacation that were hand made from soap stone.
It's almost as easy to shape as hard wood, but would be very brittle.
