It's all in how you list your product. You must have put a word that triggered the filter or whatever they use. Been buying lots of gear on eBay.

That's been Ebay's policy for years.

The policy is nothing new - it's been policy for a couple of years that vape gear is prohibited. However eBay's capacity to enforce it has been hit and miss. There may be something new they are doing that is ramping up their ability to enforce it. Just because you did get away with it doesn't mean it still wasn't against the AUP.
