I've read the entire thread, and was wondering how the Drunker compares to the SplitFire?

The design looks very similar. Tried the SplitFire, wasn't impressed.

If the SplitFire did not impress you. This definitely won't. At least in my opinion. I think the SpliFire is much better. Of course being a SplitFire lover, my opinion is a bit biased.

Fair enough, I may look at the bcc Kanger Pro Tank. Having much success w/the T3 and Vapeonly.

I didn't know my new favorite blueberry menthol juice could cause cracking :-( the Admittedly, I first used the juice in a SplitFire and when the tank cracked, I thought I had over tightened it when cleaning the tank. But now, based on the cracks in my one-week-old Drunker, I figure it MUST be the juice. Doesn't help now though, it leaks.

Do you have any spare tank sections, or even a suggestion on a tank section that would fit? Doesn't HAVE to be clear, I just want to buy a whole new Drunker if I don't have to...

Drunker users have any of you had an issue with leaking? Mine leaks where the top cap meets with the tank section. I'm not sure if it a bad seal between metal cap and o-ring or poor thread quality. It is rather noisey when I screw on the cap. If I lay it on it's side for any amount of time it leaves a puddle.

Yup. Mine leaked too. But sorry, no help I can offer at this time. Cleaned it and put it away. Some day I'll fiddle with it again. They really should have knurled the bottom of that mouthpiece. It is the hardest thing to geta good grip on.

So after a closer look at where the leak was coming from, I noticed that the center post in the tank stuck out the top by maybe half a mm or more. I used some 500 grit wet/dry paper and using a figure 8 pattern sanded the post down till it was even with the tank. A few more passes on a finner grit to give it smooth finish and the leak has stopped. I've been through a tank and half with no leaks. I did give the top cap the same treatment just because.

Out of 10, I have maybe 2 that aren't leaking. But leaking probably isn't really the right word. I think wicking would be more accurate as these are "leaking" while in the pure vertical position. The way I store them with each bottle of juice, they tightly fit into each "holder" so they stand perfectly upright. I wipe them off and if I go back even 1/2 an hour later, the sides are wet with juice.

What it SEEMS to be (still trying to figure it out and my eyesight isn't perfect anymore) is it seems that the wicks are drawing up juice and somehow touching the curved top cap which is drawing the juice off the wicks and down through the threads.

I have tried various levels of tightness of the thin shelled top cap on the flat cap etc.

Am open to suggestions. The real irritating part for me is that I am loosing juice that I am not gaining any benefit from. At first I thought these were just producing so much more vapor (though it didn't seem like it) that I was just consuming juice faster, but now I have noticed that Drunkers that I fill up before bed have a reduced (significant) level in the tank by the time I wake up (though the amount that is gone does not seem to equate to the amount in the bottom of the holder containers I use)

Love to hear thoughts.

While my Drunkard doesn't leak (knock on wood) I have two new Smoktech AC9 Clones that do that very thing. They leak out the 510 connection, while sitting upright overnight. They are wicking juice, right out and up on the top deck, then dribbling down the center positive post.

The capillary action on some RBA's is amazing..(depending on what type of wick is in use, of course)

Hey everyone

I grabbed a drunker about a week ago.
I rebuilt the coil but I get unusually high ohms with mine. A 2/3 wrap gave me 2 ohms! I use the same .20 kanthal as in my other rbas. I ended up with a twisyed kanthal just to being the ohms down. 6/5 wraps on twisted gave me 1.3 ohms.. not very happy with the taste either :/ it is wicking fine however..

I really want to like this rba..but so far i have failed.
Any ideas?
