Thanks Nate,
I hope you have a great one too my friend, :)
Jason

Thank you very much my Friend, very busy day today but we got a lot of good hands on training on the gear today and a lot more for the rest of the week :D It feels great to put in a really full day of work :D Especially when it means we actually accomplished something :D

I am trying out a new weight loss plan now to maintain my weight with also losing fat :D The Peleo Diet :D Gotta try something new because my old favorites are just not working :( Time to lose this belly fat and rip these abs up a little bit :D I would love to turn 40 looking like I did when I was 25 :D

Here's hoping you are having a great day my Friend :D
Sincerely;
Nate

:laugh::laugh:
The best of luck with that my friend. When I was 25 I weighed 185! :)
That is not going to happen unless I move back to Asia! ;)
Jason

I hear ya Brother, I was the same 176 at age 25 but ripped like no bodies business :D That is what I intend to achieve with this and the nice thing is I can actually afford this diet because it is a lot of stuff that I already get, I just have to zero in on the stuff that has the qualities I need such as no preservatives or artificial gunk in it, decrease the sugar intake and eat more nuts and seeds and stop eating grains and stuff :D Should be fairly easy since I can eat all the meat I want as long as it is hormone free :D I already eat free range chicken and eggs so that is no change there, just gotta work on portion control. With quitting smoking I have gained some serious gross tonnage so now I gotta trim the Fat so to speak :D

Well my Friend I am off to bed so I shall talk with ya tomorrow;
Have a great night and rest well my Friend;
Sincerely;
Nate

Sounds good buddy,
I like eating all the meat you want. Not certain that is too great for our long term health, but it is delicous! :p

LOL I agree wit Jason Kat, you do look much much younger than you really are Darlin'.

J.

Well perhaps I could have worded that a little better, not necessarily ALL the meat I want, but I can eat Which meats I want as long as they are naturally raised rather than fed antibiotics and hormones and grain. Mainly the ideal ones are Grass Fed Beef, Free range Chickens, and fish caught in the wild rather than farm raised fish. Also No Grains or whole wheat products and the like. Supposedly this one is one that is somewhat of a lifestyle change rather than a diet. It is also known as "The Caveman Diet" because it is a lot of Raw veggies as well as the Pr-Medicinal Meats before we found chemicals that increase mass of beasts for greater yields of meat.

Today I had some Almonds and Sunflower seeds for breakfast and lunch and a Bison Patty when I got home and we will be having Salmon and veggies for dinner :D

Hope everyone is having a Great Humpday :D
Sincerely;
Nate

But but but.... I'm 27!!! :ohmy: :shock: :blush:

teehee :lol:

Seriously, Nate, I'm really thrilled to hear about you being so conscientious with your diet/health. There is a wonderful site I use for a whole of study and as a great resource. You might like it, too. It's mercola.com

Off to make a little kale salad with a bit of (free range/anti B free) chicken! Be well, both of you adorable sweet men!!!

Thank you so much Kat :D I really like that site and they, unlike a lot of health sites out there, are not Anti Paleo due to being supported by drug companies and nutritional supplement companies and the sort. I can honest say that I feel different already. My Caffeine intake has actually decreased since Sunday and my Water intake has increased tenfold. I still have a lot of garbage to wash out of my system but I am calmer and last night for the first time since I could remember I went to bed before 10 pm. I am finding that by being calmer it is much easier to focus and actually fall asleep early enough to get even an early riser like me almost 8 hours of shut eye. So overall I would say that I am not "More Tired" it is more that I am Less Anxious and fidgety so it is easier to fall asleep.

Sounds like you are going to be healthy as a horse, without too much pain Nate! :laugh:

LOL I sure hope so my Friend, I really need to do something to maintain what I have and hopefully gain back some of my strength and leanness that I had even 5 years ago. We may not be in our prime but that does not mean we cannot be Prime Time Right :D Time to set a New Prime as an example to the younger generation I think :D

Good morning everyone! :)
I hope you all are having a fantastic week!
Jason

WooHoo!!! Our Command now has another new edition :D One of our Guys' Wives had their baby this morning :D We all showed up at the hospital to congratulate them this afternoon and meet the new little guy :D He is a Pudgy little Guy :D

So this week is definitely going great thus far :D Down from 209 lbs. to 205 lbs. already :D This diet works great and I also feel a lot better, the first two days were a bit rough on the system but it is flying right now :D

Gonna rebuild the Ithaka a little differently tonight because I lost some juice tis morning when I filled it :( I think the pressure was just too much when I screwed on the top cap :( I think I will try again with the 3.5 mm wick instead of the 3mm and see if that makes a difference. :D

Hope everyone is having an awesome Week as well :D

Sincerely;
Nate

Congrats on the new member Nate! :)
Wow, what a busy day my friend!! Almost over.
Looks like your diet plan is working my friend. :thumbs:
Yeah, I definitely like the 3.5 on the Ithy for certain. I hope your rebuild goes smoothly buddy,
J.

Good evening my Friend;

Thank you very much, He is a cute little pudge ball :D

Well I have to say that it is more difficult to build it with 3.5 but it is not over wicking this time and only one wick is exposed to the auto feeder this time rather than splitting it between the two. Hopefully it will wick okay without over wicking this time.

Now to just get it broke in with a tank or so of juice to give it a fair shake :D I will figure this bugger out one way or another :D

Hope you are having a great evening my Friend, it is almost over and tomorrow is Friday Thankfully :D
Sincerely;
Nate

Thank you Nate.
I have not even tried the auto wicking. I have always set it up to be able to shut the juice off entirely. That is the one part I have not understood why Imeo even made that an option. :confused:
J.

Good Morning my Friend :D

Yeah I tried it with it split between the wick channels on each side and with the 3mm wick it was wicking too much even with the juice control shut down completely. It is much better now because I actually have to use the juice control to get it to wick good so that for me is perfect because I carry it in a micro fiber glasses case in my pocket :D

Have a Great Friday everyone :D
Sincerely;
Nate
