I currently vape at 60 watts or so and would actually like to start backing off a bit. Mech would put me at 80 watts, right? I guess I could cut the mesh a bit smaller.

You could try kanthal mesh. Sounds like you may be using SS, right?

Looks awesome with the "newest" member! I am going to get one. I totally dig the looks and form. That and a ". Blank" (or Point Blank as it's called). I was reading a review where the person said he spoke with asMODus and they told him it's called the Point Blank and named after one of their favorite Springsteen songs. Who knew?
I'm certain you have a . Blank -- how do you like it?

I do, and love it. Another on the way. It vapes almost identical to the Bunker, so if anyone wants that style, but top/side air, it’s just the ticket.
I got the Gloom clone from fasttech, already showing sold out there though. But I think someone said you could get it from 3f vape.

So far I really like it. Especially at that price. I’m not going to say I’m a big fan of not having any protections, makes me a little nervous. But I think it’s not a bad idea to get used to it enough to feel comfortable in the event of not being able to get regulated or protected mods one day. Mechs will always be available even if someone has to make them at the kitchen table lol.

I never seen the white one,are you sure it's full mech though?I got a black one from Ft back when they first came out,and it has a mosfet in it,so still has some protections.

A mosfet is just an electronic switch/relay --- many "mosfet" mods also have a pcb with some protection circuitry, but not all. It doesn't look like the gloom clone has protections, just the mosfet switch (I could certainly be wrong though, it is Wednesday ... anything can happen day).
