A friend had one, so I tried it, liked it, and sent off for the £20 value pack of Nucig AP3. I also got some refilling liquid.

I'm really liking it, but at the mo my original tips still are pre filled, which obviously isn't going to last forever.

I have NO idea how to refill these? I don't know if I should have bought more? I have tried to take one apart following the guidelines on the website, but these are unclear at best :S Can anyone help me?

I'd seen that video, that's not like what I've got... I think that's the original one, and I have the Advanced Pro 3. I think it's a cartomiser? There's no seperate plastic cartridges - it's the mouth piece screwing into the battery. This kit: NUCIG Advanced pro 3 - USB Real Look Set

I tried taking the inner metal bit in the screw top out, then the rubber seal out, then after putting a couple drops liquid in it, I put it back together, but there was no vapour coming out...

Ok, wrong one. Cartomizers are easier. You'll need to add drops, shake it like a thermometer, add drops again, repeat. Less is more with an auto battery. The condom method for filling is good also but I suspect you have an auto battery. You don't want juice to leak down into it. That will fry your battery. Dr. Vapor on YouTube does a good demo on filling cartomizers and doesn't take 15 minutes to show you :)

Read what I just wrote here for someone else

And if the end caps of your cartos are glued on or hard to remove, buy a different ecig or figure out what model it really is and find another carto vendor for it because that's what rebranders do to try to keep you from refilling them. They just want your money buying more cartos. You could try using tricks to fill your cartos but some sealed cartos are junk inside, good for only one filling and with inner sealed to thwart refilling tricks,

LOL. You can fill from either end. For some a carto will last 3-4 days before tasting funky, others will go a week or more. Some vapers clean them in boiling water several times, dry and reuse. Once the taste is off, I toss them. The hassle of cleaning isn't worth it for me.

There are some novel ideas about drying cartos after cleaning such as
> turning on the oven to a low temp, letting it warm, turn it off and put your cartos in to dry.
> Putting them inside a (clean, dry) sock and poppling them into the clothes dryer
> Hanging them in a vented bag from a ceiling fan and running the fan on high (no kidding, LOL)
