Fellow forum member whitehand and I have gotten together and are about to introduce an affordable variable voltage mod. It uses two 10440 protected batteries and is adjustable between 0 and 7 volts. This is done with a thumb wheel on the device, no screwdriver needed. Crank it up to 5 volts or higher with your morning coffee, take it down to 3.7 during the day, and back up when the kids come home from school. Take it down to zero and put it in your pocket. This mod is tiny. About the size of a Bic lighter without the atomizer. These should be available for sale in the next two weeks. We are looking for someone to do a video review of this device. PM me if interested.

Absolutely Stellar looking device! I have been following your work in the modders forum for some time now, and you guys always come up with killer ideas! And thanks for always posting how to's and answering questions. For a novice modder as myself, you have made it easy for me to build... I'll be waiting for them on the site to order!

What a totally Kickass Mod Dude !! :toast:

Would it be possible to add a Mini/Micro USB port on the bottom so it can charge the batteries and be used as a pass through ?? That would make it absolute perfection !!

PS : What's the story behind you naming it The Little Sister ??

No room for usb in the enclosure. As far as the name, watch for other siblings later.

When do you think you might have siblings? My wife would like a small variable volt mod but we've never had any luck with those Trustfire protected 10440 batteries. They crap out all the time and we're always having to buy new ones. So a sibling to the little sister that used 14500 batteries would be nice.

How about the UltraFires? Are they any better?

I haven't tried the Ultrafire protected batteries yet. I just recently noticed they started making them. I saw them on Madvapes site. I don't know if they would be better than the Trustfire batteries or not. On the Candlepower forums it seems most people say Trustfire is better than Ultrafire, so I have my doubts about the Ultrafire. I'd like to hear some user reports on them.
