Some instructions for the little sister. Please note the + and - signs inside the case when inserting the batteries.
On the outside of the case the bottom mark is always 3.5V then counts up from there in 1/2 volt increments. Clock wise from about 7 to 12ish Each device is slightly different because of the unique combination of that particular pot and resistor combination.... And to some extent, the other resistance in the circuit.

Wait time is about 14 days right now.

Yeah I actually had the batts completely reversed until now, it was still working great but thought it was strange that the 6 o'clock position seemed MUCH stronger then 3.5V

Ken, how does the big brother's size compare to the 3.7v box mod? Will it be the same voltage range as the ls?

Same size box as the 3.7 box mod, just no master on/off switch. Same voltage range as the LS.

On another note. The LS 3.7 mod will start shipping Monday. Same case as the little sister, 2 10440's in parallel for extended vaping. No on off switch. You will have to remove the atomizer to put in pocket.

Can't answer your first question but I've been using the batts I got with my Janty Kissbox from over a year ago. I doubt they are protected....and I've had no problems so far.

Lu

Thanks Lu. :)

I got it from a reliable source that unprotected batteries should be ok, and I've already mixed different mAh batteries together (by accident), and they work fine.

Somebody needs to come up with a velcro wrap for these with a small belt clip. :hubba:

Well, how's this for a DUH moment? Got my second LS and just to quickly test it, I took my batts and carto from my first LS and put them in the new one.

Hell, it didn't work! So I see Ken now has little batt diagrams to show the proper way to insert the batts (way to go Ken....dummy proof! :D) Made sure they were in correctly....still nothing. Cranked it up to the highest setting.....still nothing.

Then I noticed a second batt diagram on the opposite piece of the LS. Lo and behold, it showed the batts in opposite directions than the diagram set where the batts actually go! LMAO

So I turned the batts around and took a nice, long hit and whammo....I choked so much my eyes almost popped out of my head. Forgot I had it on the highest setting!

So...in case anyone else has such a DUH moment, check the batt placement if your LS doesn't work. And make sure you have it on the setting you expect it to be on :D

Remember when you got your first e-cig and couldn't get decent vapor to save your life?

Boy, things sure have changed! (lol)

p.s. My LS came with little paper battery guides, but the post office shuffled them up so badly they were useless. First time I put mine in they were backwards, too.

Yes, when I was on vacation I didn't have the time or any glue to attach those battery guides. That will be fixed from now on.
