I'll get to try one soon. I helped my SIL place a smallish GV order last night, and she ordered a new stardust R for both of us. Can't wait!

And y'all probably already know this, but for the version before this one, I was trying to dry burn it the other night, and couldn't keep the silicon cap lifted up, so I just took it out completely. Well, when I did that, the O ring that was in there where the mouthpiece screws in....came out, and I couldn't get it back in at the right place. While trying to do so I eventually dropped it, and couldn't find it anywhere. I thought, well......lemme try it without that and see if it leaks. It didn't! I screwed the top back on, have left it on it's side. I don't know if that is there primarily just to kind of squeegie the juice off the mouthpiece when you pull it out, or for some other reason, but I haven't found any detriment to not having it, and it's been several days. So don't think your stardust is ruined if you should happen to lose yours.

Day 3 with the Stardusts ........

Using both of my Stardusts now, one with Dekang Tab and the other with Belgian Cocoa.
  • The Belgian Cocoa with the 2.4ohm atty is perfect. Running it on an Ego-C battery. Never have I tasted this juice as this cocoa-ey :D The juice gets dark after a little bit of vaping. Most probably due to caramelization. Doesn't vape bad but gets thicker as it gets used up. May need to clean this one more often.
  • The DK-Tab, while good, I think will benefit from either a higher resistance atty or a VV (thinking of getting an Ego Twist just to try). The juice is on the lighter side so doesn't get darker.

Overall, I'm very happy with these. Am ordering more so I have a backup and a backup of the backup. :p

I have not tried the Stardust yet. Probably get mine in a day or two. Ordered some over the weekend. Just had to comment on the Cocoa. It is awesome but I can't handle it by itself. My lungs don't seem to take well to any 70/30 so I mix what I can with 100% VG juices to take the edge off for me. I mix it with Espresso and Raspberry and it is an awesome combo.

I got 3 on Saturday, along with 3 2.4 of the long wick vivi heads. I used both the short wick heads that came with them, and the long wick vivi heads on an Ego Twist. They both work great. I think I actually like them better than the Ego C atty/tank system, which was better than the older Visions.

Disassembling them and cleaning them is a breeze. They're very sturdy and well built.

I want to order more, but I'd like to get them with the 1.8 heads, and prefereably with some different colors to color code juice. Any idea if and when that'll be possible?

Great job GotVapes!

I love the new Stardust. They vape great easy to fill and clean. I love them for work and to go out. Between these the bc phoenix and the vivi tank I couldn't be more happy. Fuss free and worry free vaping (no tinkering )Interchangable parts make it even better. If you haven't tried these...... try one they are awesome

what ever happened to those videos?
no one has the final runs of them and there are many knockoffs out there, if we dont have them, its for a reason.

now ill make a video of them which i have here but they are not 100% yet, minor tweaks are being made, i also have mini nova here as well which youll all see in videos, if we dont have it on our site then its simply not ready, others can rush and sell whatever they like but we know what is going on with all stardusts and vivi and can prove that, while others only claim they do.

Chris or Danno,

I've got a question concerning which replacement heads that will ultimately be available. I got the 1.8s and 2.8s in addition to the 2.4s that came with the full unit. The former two are long-wicked and have a visibly different design than the 2.4s, and lack the metal "cone" head in the seal; I believe it was mentioned previously that the 1.8s and 2.8s are actually Vivi Nova heads, and the 2.4 is an actual Stardust head. Which design will we ultimately be getting for Stardust replacements? (I prefer the "Stardust" style, FWIW)

Also, regarding the wicks on the 2.4s: on most of those I received, one side of the wick appears to be normal "short" length (compared to the previous version Stardusts), but the other is too short, and barely protruding from the slot. Has this been addressed with the factory for the next run of replacement heads?

Mine 2.4's have the same inconsistency in wicks length as yours.

Hi Randy---all of the heads now listed as Stardust heads are now dedicated stardust heads with the steel pip...as far as the wicks we will talk with the factory and try to get some consistency on short/long wicks. On the Nova heads they actually sent us about half/half. We'll get that straightened out. Chris deals with our manufacturer on that and I am pretty sure he has already spoken to them about that.

Chris or Danno.

I think I have somewhat a better understanding of what's going on with one of my Stardusts.

First, I intentionally filled it up to half tank only so it will miss the wick by a mile.
Then get it upside down to charge the wick. Get it upright and vape a couple of times till I detect a slight loss of flavor.
Tilt it upside down again to recharge the wick then vape.
These steps work pretty well for a couple reasons. I don't get that gurgling sound while taking a draw. The vapor is good, just like when it was new.

What I think now is that it's overwicking or flooding the coil, i.e. too much e-juice is getting to the coil thus giving it a sense of being "clogged" and not producing the same vapor. I can't vape this specific Stardust horizontally where the e-juice is touching the wicks constantly.

Based on that info, do you know of a way to adjust the coils or wick or something else to get it to work like it used to?

I got more heads on the way so am not too worried. Posting this just in case someone has a solution.
