Newbie Zero Nic Mixing

Hiya guys, so much info out there to be read but I'm just alittle confused and looking for some clarification.

I want to mix my own Zero nicotine liquid, I've got VG (Food Grade) and Lorann flavourings. Now what else do I use to dilute? Some people seem to say vodka, some distilled water. Any help would be great.

For example to make 5ml of cinnamon liquid what sort of ratios would i need.

Use either water or alcohol, your choice. Mix it to match the thickness of your favorite commercial flavor. Try both to see what works for you. Done deal!

To add to what sjohnson said, try to work up a viscosity/consistency you like with the VG and PGA/water first. Then when you find one you like, make a batch using the flavor.
