If you vape 12mg on lets say a 1.2 ohm cartomizer then you switch one day 12 mg on a .5 ohm rda or sub tank your nic intake will be much higher because if nothing else the volume of vapor also if you go from mouth hit to lung hit IMO you get the nic faster so you can overdose causing nausea and or a light headed feeling.

How can your body reject something you put there its to late you cant throw it up or anything?

Look at it like eating. You can eat and eat but once your body feels full you will stop. If you don't you will make yourself sick. Ever said if I eat one more bite I'm going to be sick. Same with nic intake. Once your body gets enough you will put your apv down until you feel like you need more nic. If you don't you will feel sick or nauseous not necessarily throw up. When I say overdose I mean overdose to the point of needing medical attention. As far as your device change it depends on your intake. With the .5 ohm coil you will get more nic hence you will not have to vape as much to get that "fix" as you would with the cartomizer allowing you the "chain vape" more.

These are all symptoms of over dose While to much nic wont kill you if you are in good health you can certainly over dose the good thing is the symptoms are mild and short lived.

Problems with vital signs (temperature, pulse rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure) are possible and can be life threatening. Vital sign values can be increased, decreased, or completely absent.
Sleepiness, confusion, and coma are common and can be dangerous if the person breathes vomit into the lungs (aspirated).
Skin can be cool and sweaty, or hot and dry.
Chest pain is possible and can be caused by heart or lung damage. Shortness of breath may occur. Breathing may get rapid, slow, deep, or shallow.
Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and ........ are possible. Vomiting blood, or blood in bowel movements, can be life-threatening.
Specific drugs can damage specific organs, depending on the drug.

EDIT: these are symptoms from overdose of other drugs also just wanted to clarify that
Pretty sure the topic of OD in reference originated pertaining to death...

Of which I've never heard as a direct result of vaping nic overdose.

Pretty sure media, antz and gooberment would have that plastered everywhere on first account.

There's a difference between over doing it and over dose. This is well defined and accepted with any other recreational drug.

On this premise, I stand behind my statement.

But-but, I use the higher resistance so that I CAN "chain vape".

    OH-and, 3 mods is a minimum requirement.

that sounds better and I agree a person in decent shape will not have anything worse than a quuzy tummy from two much nick or possibly a mild headache. I guess I was thrown back when you said its impossiable cause I know form experience it is possible. But yes serious life threatening Nic OD would be a tough one to achieve threw vaping.

    Disagree!
They can be the least efficient way to vape that there is.
It take 2-3 times as much PG/VG to get the same amount of nicotine into your system. It takes as much as 10 times the battery power to deliver the same amount of nicotine. So just how can you figure that it's "efficient"?
Another example of changing the premise for arguments sake.

Battery efficiency vs vapor efficiency = acceleration efficacy vs fuel efficiency...

Once one is separated from the other, they can be discussed as separate, but equal parts of the whole.

No matter how many times I stop to change my battery in an hour, you'll never catch up in vapor production with your setup if I choose to not allow it. My vapor production is very time efficient... or is very efficacious...

I know we are splitting hairs here but this is copy and pasted 1st definition of a over dose
o•ver•dose (n. ˈoʊ vərˌdoʊs; v. ˈoʊ vərˌdoʊs, ˌoʊ vərˈdoʊs)

    n., v. -dosed, -dos•ing. n.
    1. an excessive dose of a drug.

To me this describes to much of any drug I do not see that overdose has to include death or serious side affects just plane and simply to much

But that was my point. Vapor production is a separate issue to nicotine delivery, and "efficient nicotine delivery" is what I disagree with.

OK again with the 1.2 ohm cartomizer and 12 mg juice Im getting more nic in a shorter amount of time with the same MG of juice on a .5ohm RDA so in that since its more efficient.
Now I might be using more juice so in that since its not. so something can be more efficient on one way and less efficient in another.
But are you really using more juice or are you just creating more volume that seems to take more juice because your doing all at once vs a little at a time? Possiably they are the same in efficiency if one measured Vapor production and nic delivery over the life of one battery

And how else do you propose I, for example, get my nicotine and still have two hands available for even a significant minority of my conscious time of any given day?

Keep in mind, I vape an average of approximately 250mg of nic a day...

The day I consider buying 3mg juice will be the day I flip a coin to determine whether or not I shall continue vaping! Lol. It's a vape shop conspiracy to make us reevaluate our habit!

there's no scam there; a year ago you probably wouldn't have heard or seen 3mg being sold.

in any case it's more costly for you if you insist on buying the exact strength you want.

maybe somebody will start complaining that there is no 2mg or 4mg or how about 2.6mg

    the common strengths are 0, 6, 12, 18 and 24.

it's because there are more high powered devices that people actually want 3mg instead of 6 because 6mg can be strong on a 50 watt mod.

Who makes this 1.2 ohm cartomizer? ;)

My reference is based on the assumption that most do not use the same nic content when using a .5 ohm coil in an RDA as they do in a 2 or 3 ohm carto. 6mg juice at .5 ohms is quite comparable to 12mg juice in a 2 ohm carto at the same voltage. It just takes twice the amount of juice to get the same amount of nicotine from the same number of hits....

what is comparable to 50mg joose @ 0.2 ohm?

(how did you not see this Q as an alternative, buzzz?)

Most of the vapors I know vape 3mg nic. Most vape shops are always "sold out" of 3mg nic options. They ALWAYS have 6mg nic and 0mg nic though, for the most sought after juice. It's such a joke and such a scam. I'm glad I mostly vape diy.

Hmmm, that's odd, most of the vapers I know vape 6mg, and coincidentally that is what our B&Ms sell out of.

    See the pattern?
