This the first I have EVER heard of a bad experience with Nhaler. They have the most top notch customer service experience I have seen. If you check the threads in the Nhaler forum on here, the xhaler has been used at 5 volts. i know this, as i have been researching it extensively. Instead of putting them on blast, why hasn't the OP contacted Drew directly. Nikki, please don't go off one bad review. Esp not when Drew could make things right and Hondo, please don't use heresy when a companys repuation is at stake. I don't work for or represent Nhaler, i am a proud customer, with 8 orders under my belt and more to come.

Did he finally put a video with it measuring 5v, or are you just going on his word? Because the last I recall, he was insisting everyone just take his word for it, then deleted the thread :lol:

it wasn't from him, it was from quite a few people that own xhalers.

Did any of them post a video showing it attached to a meter dropping 5v to the atty, or at least a test load?

Honestly, I wouldn't have cared either way if it weren't for the "inventor"'s terse, dismissive attitude... like everyone else in that thread was incapable of grasping Ohm's Law. If you're gonna talk smack, back it the hell up IMHO.

I understand! and i agree, if you can talk it, you better be able to prove it. no issue there!

the saga continues. I have purchased there before but have never tried to return something to know.

I do think this issue of 5v needs to be resolved with proof somehow. I dont like deleted posts when something like this is in question.

To give nhaler some credit here they may not be aware of this thread.

I know if I were selling this device I would certainly provide proof or not make the claim that it can be used at 5v.

I have never been a customer of nhaler but I read his forum every day and this is the first unhappy customer I'd found, probably there was a misunderstood, call him back

i wasn't happy with the disgusting Nuport flavor.

and then the vanilla coke helped to clog an atty.

there's two atty's all messed up now.

and i threw at least 8 bux out the window with that.

oh well

This was posted in the review section so Drew would not be able to post here.....

If the other claims of posts getting deleted are true then it would make sense to post it outside of their forums.

Pretty sure the OP mentions contacting them directly on more than one occasion.

People should trust every good thing they read and automatically dismiss those who disagree?

I've never understood why people think that logic is smart. Just because customers post good things and haven't yet had a bad experience doesn't mean there wouldn't be a poor outcome if they did have a problem in the future. That also doesn't mean take the word of every bad thing said either. But I'd be more likely to take the word of someone who had a bad experience that was handled well and resolved in the end than the word of one who has never had an issue and therefor doesn't know how it would be handled if they did.

And I have never dealt with Nhaler whatsoever so I have no idea what is true and what isn't out of any of this. Just stating my opinion of what is posted.

Interesting. To the original poster, try posting this thread in the suppliers forum. He can certainly respond to it there. Several possibilities could come from that. 1, he could lock the thread and deal with the matter in private with no explanation. 2, he could delete the thread, ignore you and assume his customers don't read the rest of the forum. 3, his side of the story may be a little different than what you have provided us with 4, ?????

My $.02 coming from someone who owns an online biz and sponsors the big message boards in my industry.
