Nhaler is currently working to streamline the website and make it more accessible to new customers and veterans alike. Along with improved descriptions, instructions and videos, we'd also like to update our Frequently Asked Questions section. That's where you come in! What do your friends ask you about e-cigs? What are the biggest misconceptions you've heard about the products? Let us know!

Thanks for all the support and I can't wait to read some of your questions!

The main question is "what should I get"

The starter 808 etc should be in a beginners section.

Newbies need KISS.

Its the best way to keep them coming back.

My progression was 3 808 starter kits out of the gate

Next the 510

Moved to the screwdriver

And landed with 2 Xhalers

There are a bunch of products on the site now and newbies get lost.

I send email links and do the same thing Drew did with me.

Just buy this and dont let your self run out of carts or your batts get low.

You have to own them out of the gate with newbie simplicity.

They have to crawl before they can run.

One thing I would recommend, whenever Drew introduces a new product here we get detailed posts here on ECF about them but the site often doesn't get the wealth of product info we get here. I would say that a large portion of my purchases are based off posts from him or others I see here, along with videos & reviews from other users that contain much more info than the Nhaler site. I think it would be beneficial to have this info on the site, especially videos for new users so they can see the features in action.

BTW - I would be happy to do howto and review videos for Nhaler for the products I own and use if wanted and am sure many others here would as well. There's already some great ones here on ECF, those plus Drew's howto videos right on the product pages would be a great help to prospective customers I think.

I know this isn’t what you are looking for but personally I think the website is great but would rather recommend changes to the store.

I would dedicate part of the “store site” to “getting started” This area could provide simple brief descriptions, various opinions and plenty of pictures, and links to videos etc.

I also would recommend enhanced descriptions for some of the juice flavors and add the description for Octane liquids under the product as the High Voltage and Nhale/Exhale are currently. Even the Nhale/Exhale description is a little confusing to beginners compared to the High Voltage description. For instance High Voltage states: High Voltage is a more flavorful E-liquid for high voltage mods and manual battery lovers. I would recommend including that the Nhale/Exhale liquids are Nhaler’s standard liquids and I would also organize the liquids differently then they are, beginning with Nhale/Exhale and ending with Unflavored DIY rather than starting with High Voltage.

In the “store section” I would somehow change the descriptions listed under products. (even though they are correct and understood by those with experience) I think they appear confusing to a beginner. For instance when I first looked at the store site and saw GreenCig products Co description as the “leader in the industry” then saw the Easy Cig Style KR808D-1 description as being “Our Most Popular Series” I was confused.

Not all of the things list what they come with. I'm still trying to figure out if the mini xhaler comes with a battery. I'm assuming (bad thing to do) that if something isn't listed it probibly isn't included. :)
The mini xhaler doesn't come with a batt. I ordered it just recently and had to add the batts and charger to my order as none of my other batteries will work with it. I think you're right to assume that if it isn't listed; then it's not going to be with it

I haven't had all that much trouble with the site as it is now; but it's good to hear that updates are coming. Every site is worthy of an upgrade/update every now and then. Keeps things fresh and keeps traffic flowing. As a site designer that's about 80% of my business (updates with new information or changing things around on existing sites).

I like the site except when selecting a store item you pretty much just get a pic, a name & a price. No descriptive info on mA's, ml's, why 'they're the best thing since sliced bread', or anything else that would describe the product enough to push me to buy nhaler items instead of someone else's when I'm right on the fence, ready to push 'add to cart'. Some kind of 'specs' info, description of a flavor or review would be helpful.:?:

I have no problem finding more than enough to fill my cart, but that's because I've been vaping long enough to know what I'm looking for. I would suggest a special section or page with recommendations for first timers. Perhaps you could have an introduction video that shows several good options for first PVs and help choosing between Nhale/Xhale, High Voltage, Lung Juice and Octane liquids.

I agree with Thulium 100%

Almost every time I sent a noob to the site they were confused.

As mentioned earlier I would email the links to products to help them get going.

It began to be a real pain in the ....

I lost count of how many people.

When they asked if they could piggy back on my orders I would respond "if you don't open an account you will have no follow through and fail getting off the butts."

Maybe a testimonial section both written and video to let people know how we succeeded?

I love the look of the Nhaler site. I live in the mountains of Washington state and high speed internet is not available so I cant watch the vids.

When looking to purchase the xhaler I could not find any info on the size. In the description of the xhaler it would be helpful to have some measurements, ie, tube the size of a nickle, and 4 inches long etc. To me, it looks larger (diameter) in the pics than it actually is. I have a couple of friends who said the same thing.
