Hey Drew, I'm excited to order from you but I got the "Transaction Declined. Please use another card and try again." message using my Visa debit card.

Do you accept debit cards? Do you know what's up or should I be worried that my card's being declined?

Thanks in advance!

I just used my Visa debit (Bank of America) without issue.

Hi Thulium, thanks for responding. I realize I didn't give much info in my post. It isn't doing anything. It's completely dead. I changed the atomizer and batteries and made sure both were working on other mods so I think it must be in the switch area. A few days before it died I had a pretty bad juice leak into the battery area which I thought I'd cleaned up good but I'm thinking that might have caused whatever problem I'm having now.

I did find a video tonight that I think might help. I think it's what you're referring to because it involved taking the bottom part off with an allen wrench. To be honest, I really haven't tried very hard to fix this so I hope my post didn't come off as complaining or slamming the xhaler. I probably shouldn't own mods since I'm not really into all the little stuff you need to do and I don't have a bunch of tools lying around. I've been sick so it hasn't been a top priority. I've been getting my 5 volt fix from a Kensington/passthrough/cartomizer combo that is pretty low maintenance which suits me. I guess I'll need to go to the hardware store soon.

Hi Drew,

Thanks for getting back to me. I don't know when to tell you to call because we sleep at weird hours around here. I think I have your number so I'll just give you a call next week if that's ok. I'm going to try to see if I can fix it first though. It sounds like it may just need a good cleaning. I don't think it's the spring because the batteries are tight in there and it's not the batts because I've tested them on other devices.

So, my hardware store list is:
1) allen wrench
2) 400 grit sandpaper
3) noalox
4) rubbing alcohol

Is that all I need?

I have tried disposables that you can find in a tobacco store (and still using analogs) while I researched what I wanted and found that you had the what I was looking for and at the best prices. I do have a question: DO you sell filler for the carts? I am new to all this and not sure really what to do. (Slowly trying to learn) And I think I may have some of my co-soldiers at my unit turned on to vaping. At least interested in learning more. I will forward them to NHALER for sure.

I ordered a 510 starter kit for my husband for Xmas and we both loved it. Turned around and ordered myself one on New Year's Day (Friday) and it had shipped w/in 3 hours and arrived on Monday. I've been very impressed and have been recommending nhaler.com to all my coworkers who are interested in vaping over smoking. This Friday I'll be ordering another 510 starter kit for my best friend.

Two questions:
1) My kit came with an extra green juice...something about the Incredible Hulk (it's downstairs and I'm lazy) - was this a bonus? a mistake? or did I order it unintentionally? I can't pinpoint the flavor...it's interesting. And I like it.

2) Can you buy cartridges that aren't already filled? The first thing I tend to do is pull the middle out and dry it out with a paper towel so I can put my own flavor in there.
